Wasn't impressed by knowledge of staff. Didn't know what I was looking for and had to use my phone to show them but then couldn't find product. Searched myself and eventually found it. Fruit that I bought didn't last until use by date and had to be thrown away. Store didn't feel as clean as my local one in Kent.

Drivers are waiting for a long, indefinite amount of time (from 20 minutes up to an hour), and one of your staff said, ‘No, you should wait, it’s not supposed to be ready,’ which is a total disgrace and a joke.”
The store is clean and easy to navigate, and staff are polite. However, last time I went, the fruits I was looking for were missing, and some products seemed more expensive than in other similar shops. Still convenient for quick shopping, but prices and stock could be better.
Popped in to pick up an Argos collection. Was helped out by an assistant as soon as I walked in and I was told my options and given a good deal. Very happy.
Have shopped here for years, used to be almost exclusively as regards food shopping, however now, quite often, I can't get everything I'm after. Only a machine to slice bread now which jammed when I tried it, is another negative along with what appears to be a reduction in the variety/availability of some product ranges I used to buy and staff often trying to cover multiple roles. I still think the overall value and quality is good when using Nectar, however I have previously rated them 5 stars and no longer think that's deserved. Hopefully things will improve again over time as I will still shop here, even if not as much as in the past.
Staff friendly helpful, always have wot I need,won't shop anywhere else.
Abit hit and miss for some things I personally wanted, they do have clothing range which isn't huge but does the basics they also do small electrical items. It is a nice big store to go too. But they do sometimes have stock shortages.
Not too much diversity of products. Evian water - unable to buy a set of 6. Had to buy one by one. Not only that more expensive but also difficult to carry to the car. More money orientated that service customer quality
A great supermarket in a convenient location. Great for collecting Argos orders and the service is quick. The store is decently sized with many products available too as you would get in other stores.
