Used their click & collect service for the first time! Really easy, quick & convenient. Great customer service from the person who brought it over

Didn't bother to bring 12:30 delivery. Was told it would come 6-9pm. They didn't bother. I could have placed a next day order with another supermarket had I been told. The reason was the driver had worked too many hours. They would have known this before this day. Really poor customer service especially as I called twice and was reassured the order would definitely arrive.

Ordered an uber on Sunday just gone.. Order placed at 11am. I had only ordered a few bits to make a beef stew as I had family coming over. They started picking the order at 15:30 and marked the most important items i needed unavailable. As it had been over 4 hours since I had placed the order I went into store and the items were there on the shelf: I was watching my uber app as they became "unavailable" Clearly could not be bothered to pick the order!

Fairly hidden, so simply follow the postcode. Plenty of spaces, in fact it's a very large car park. Under ground parking available as well. 3 free hours parking. Disabled parking available A cafe inside. Toilets available.. I've found this store to have alot of variety, lots of fresh counters and plenty of stock too. Tills are serviced as well as self serve faster options. I cannot fault this store and its a pleasure to visit.

This store since I last went there has had a refit. The stock levels in a lot of areas were poor staff were not business focussed. Cardboard laying about in lots of areas. It looks like there was no management on the day in this store. The fish counter looked ok. Staff chatting! It was a real pity as I used to love Morrisons it certainly seems to have gone downhill! Having spent 22 years as a senior team, store manager, and area manager, I have a little experience of how things should be.

Came here for breakfast at Cafe. A higher quality and standard than mist supermarket cafΓ©s. Has a good self-service and order system, and the staff are keen. Food is excellent and standards high. The store, in general, has been upgraded and set out well in recent years. It looks and feels clean, fresh, well maintained, and looked after. Parking is ample and good.

Yesterday I was in the store and wanted to take pastries, but there one man of thin build looked at me and said something very aggressively. It seems to me that mentally ill people work in this store...I'm assuming this is a male baker, so I think it's mentally unhealthy and people like that shouldn't work this place. I want to advise the sea of ββMorrisons to the management before recruiting check the mental state of people's balance. This is so that people who visit this store would not receive a mantal heat. NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE BUT IF YOU GOING BE CAREFUL PLEASE PEOPLE.....

Shockingly bad I'm sad to say. Used to like this Wellingborough branch but my visit today since they changed the store layout etc was awful. The cafe was worse than it's ever been. They were understaffed due to sickness but everything was bad. Nothing had been stocked up with the sauces and cutlery, had to ask several times for things. Food was cold and unappetizing, we both left half of it. Staff understandably were not happy but it shouldn't be shown to customers. I have worked in a busy supermarket cafe myself and understand how hard it is but even when I was running it by myself one morning cooking, serving etc I did a better job and behaved professionally. The actual store is now terrible, poorly stocked, less choice and bad quality. We saw numerous packs of ham badly discoloured on the shelves, the bakery items were either burnt or under baked. The list goes on, I was absolutely shocked how awful the store is now. It was vastly better before the change. We sadly won't be going to this store again. Such a shame. I am not one to write a review and complain normally but felt compelled today.

Worth minus stars!!!Yesterday was the final straw! Went to lottery kiosk - one of the ladies there is SO RUDE. I stood there for 5 minutes- while she was checking her mobile phone! Then all I got was Yup.! As for the quality!! Plants are either water logged or bone dry. Scotch eggs dry. Prices on shelves go through tills at higher price - then you have to wait ages to go and get them to check. Most of the staff are extremely rude as if they are doing you a favour serving you. Well we can all think with our feet and go elsewhere! Stacey the store manager was supposed to be sorting this store out???? Well he has failed! It's got worse! AVOID!!
