   Ordered from here many times and always had good food and service. However, ordered today and told 1 hour for delivery. After 1.5 hours I called and was told it would be another 45 mins. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but was told it would have to be done later. I asked for it to be done now and was put on to a man who pretended he couldn’t hear me after the second time he then cut me off. When I tried to call back it is a message saying that they are closed. Shame as ordered at least once a week as really good.

   Awful customer service, will never use them again. Ordered food from them, a few hours passed and wondered where the food was, went to phone them & turns out they’re enjoying a holiday… too bad they were still accepting orders on their website & taking peoples money… and to make it worse their website said they were open for business :/ terrible service and cannot get hold of anything to help get a refund

   Awful delivery driver beware he stole my change of £10 went to the car to get change and drove off I rang the shop and nothing they could do as delivery driver said he gave me it did t even offer to help in the slightest after years of using this take away so beware people delivery driver is a thief !!!!!!!

   Ordered by telephone for collection on our way home. Parked up and went over to collect only to be brusquely told it's cash only. I asked why didn't she say when I ordered and the reply was "I thought you knew! Asked where nearest cash point was ,nd was gold Tesco up the road. There and back 10mins not impressed. Paid with cash and suggested that it would be good to tell people when they place the order. Replyy was "I can't tell everybody can I?" I said that I didn't see why not and we left. Dreadful customer service and I won't be going back...wish I'd told them to keep it.
