   Absolutely disgusting under cooked soggy chicken burger. Rock hard chips. Asked for cucumber got one tiny bit in there wasn't worth having any won't be getting from there again

   Regretfully I’m leaving this review. This has been the kebab shop I’ve used in Swansea since they opened. Unfortunately tonight they got my order wrong, when I phoned up for the order to be fixed I was met with a very unpleasant manner from a man down the phone. He wouldn’t replace my order, I said to him this was very poor customer service and they were the ones in the wrong and should fix things. He wanted me to wait for the item to be replaced which in that time everyone else’s food including mine would be cold! He then demanded that I give him back the order that was wrong and wait for a whole new kebab while the rest of my family ate there food. When the driver came they were apologetic for the mans manner and agreed we shouldn’t have had to give the other food back. I’m really disappointed as I’ve used this kebab shop for years now and have always had great food. His manner was honestly appalling. Awful customer service! I’m hoping they will see this review and contact me to make things right. Because as a result of tonight’s service I will not be returning which is deeply saddening after supporting this business for so long!

   Much better than the old one it replaced. Kebab meat is very nice when it's fresh off the spit - both lamb and chicken, and you get a decent portion. Chips could be better and are a bit inconsistent. Salad is always fresh.
