Sue, ably assisted by her son Ollie, ran a fabulous sushi making activity for my daughter’s thirteenth birthday. It was informative, fun and delicious. Strong recommend!
Sue led the most wonderful, fun sushi making workshop for my daughter’s 11th birthday party. The children all had an amazing time and loved all the sushi that they made. Sue is absolutely brilliant! So warm, engaging and fun with the children! Along with her excellent assistant Oliver she provides a fantastic service, catering for any allergies and dietary restrictions. She also made each of the children a personalised apron that we gave out as party gifts!! All in all probably the best children’s party we’ve ever had…and I’ll be booking Sue for a grown ups version soon too! Thank you Sue & Oliver! Xxx
Well wow! I knew Sue would be good from her reviews but I was blown away with everything. She came to the venue with everything prepared. She laid out this beautiful Japanese table with background music, held the children’s attention and gave clear instructions. There were 12 children ranging in age from 7 to 12 and mostly 8-10. She made everything fun and handled everyone really well. Communication was good, booking experience seamless just everything perfect I can’t recommend her enough. Not just for kids workshops, but she would be amazing for corporate building as well. Sue, THANK YOU for making such a special memory for my children and their friends. I’m sure it is something they will always remember!!
Sue put on a wonderful spread for my son’s 15th birthday. She did a sushi making course for the boys beforehand (not an easy feat with 12 teenage boys!) teaching them a few different rolls & techniques. And then we sat down to a wonderful dinner afterwards. She also brought some delicious sake with her. I would recommend Roll With Me Sushi highly, we all had a very enjoyable evening.
I saw Sue Cole of 'Roll with me Sushi' give a wonderful presentation to the WI yesterday- she talked through and showed how to make some wonderful sushi pieces and then, the best bit! - we had tasters!! My daughter Thea celebrated her 8th birthday with Sue at Roll Me Sushi this morning and it was in all honesty the BEST birthday party we’ve ever hosted for any of our kids. Sue was absolutely brilliant - punctual, professional, friendly, passionate about her craft and absolutely superb with the kids: one of the girls said it was the best party they’d ever been to. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough if you’re looking to do a home-based, stress-free kids party where the kids are thoroughly engaged, make and eat (healthy!) food and learn something new and different. We had a fantastic corporate event with the Roll With Me Sushi team. It was really well organised and they were so helpful throughout. Most importantly, it was great fun and got really good feedback from the participants!
Sue ran a fantastic sushi party for our teenage daughter and her friends this week. The set up was on time and everything looked beautiful and the kids had a brilliant time. Sue was great with the girls and they really took to her. They made some amazing looking sushi; enough to feed them all! Sue even kindly gave me a beautiful looking plate and left our kitchen spotless. I couldn’t have asked for any more and would definitely recommend her. Communication was great throughout and she accommodated our choice of sushi as requested. Thank you so much Sue, lovely to meet you.
When work is paying for lunch it's always a touch, but the Sushi making with Roll With Me Sushi really topped it all. Consider it a 'lunch and learn'. Sue's passion for the art really shone through, and the way she shared her passion with the group was truly inspirational. I urge everyone to give this a go - I'm already considering getting a group of friends together to have Sue and her team come to our home for a Sushi making event!
We ordered the Crab Crunch, Veg Crunch and Salmon Nigiri, with a side of Ebi Shumai and mixed Gyoza - all incredible! Super flavourful and fresh, with easy heating instructions provided for the shumai and gyoza (these were addictive :D). The doroyaki were a nice ending to the meal: light and fluffy. A really nice alternative as a Sat night takeaway, delivered to our door! :)
