   Very disappointing experience. The food was not cooked properly, which is unacceptable. The person at the counter couldn’t communicate well in English, making it hard to place an order or to ask any questions. He was constantly on his phone. Poor service and lack of professionalism – I won’t be coming back.

   Uni student here, been ordering and eating in here for years - this is the place to be!! I've watched so many restaurants' quality decline from grace, yet Zero One to this day consistently impresses. They set themselves far far apart from "just another generic kebab place". They have a huge range of food and sides. Whether you get pizzas, burgers, wraps, kebabs or more it will ALWAYS be piping hot and top quality (yes, even niche things like their falafels)! There are generous 2 for 1 deals often on mains or sides. Allowing you plenty of leftovers for days. Their burgers were always amazing because of the generous sauce and salad in them, and the crispy chicken (not over oiled) that is in line with high end restaurants. But recently they added a tabbouleh option for just 50p and it's even more lush! Delivery uses their own service and is noticeably quicker than Uber Eat's normal mode. At night they are called "Pan & Grill" on Uber Eats so use that. It's lovely to have this reliable option for nights out, nights in, dinners, you name it - knowing for sure it won't be a cold, un-tasty, late disaster. That's really quite rare these days on Uber Eats.
