Absolutely outstanding! My food arrived within 15 minutes of me ordering it, and notified me that it was on the way! Cannot fault anything! The food was superb. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
we uesd to be regular customers with this place. but after tonight ill never order from this place again. there food was nice to start but its really gone bad.
Not my first order here, as I have previously been satisfied with the quality. However…tonight I had cause to dispute the time of delivery (my order was delivered 45 minutes early and I was not there to receive it). When I queried this, was told the delivery time was not on the order. (I definitely placed a time, as I knew I wouldn’t be back home in time prior to this). By the time I got home my order was cold/congealed and over-done. I promptly complained and in fairness, my complaint was dealt with satisfactorily.
Ordered food this evening which included 2 pizzas and chips. One of the pizzas was supposed to be garlic and it came out tomato based with whole chucks of garlic cloves on them. The chips had clearly been double dipped and the paper was soaked in oil with a horrible smell to it. The staff were extremely rude and defensive. Used to be one of the favourite takeaways in Llanelli but definitely won't be odering again from here.
