   We decided to visit based on the high reviews. On arrival, when I asked if we could eat in (I knew they were closing within an hour) I was met with sarcasm, that I think was supposed to be funny as the gentleman leaned over at an empty booth and said he didn't see anyone sitting there. He ushered us to said emptt booth and then proceeded to sit down with us, I assume to give the personal touch, which didn't impress us. The establishment is cash only. The only food options are breakfast one or breakfast 2 and when queried if there was anything else, was informed that they did not and if we wanted a fish and chips place, this was not it (despite the signage on the front window stating as such). I asked whether he had any veggie sausages and was told no and that the mushrooms are cooked with the pork sausages. He commented that he could give me the breakfast without the meat, and exclaimed that this was a "boring" option "but whatever". He then asked whether we wanted tea or coffee and I asked for the cold drink options, and he directed me to the fridge at the rear. After about 20-30 minute wait, with the other patrons foul language, we decided to leave without the breakfast. I realise it was busy and that's likely the reason for the delay. When I approached the counter to pay for the drinks and asked to cancel the order, he was visibly and understandably disappointed and said the food was almost ready, but by then we were so uncomfortable with everything, we did not want to stay. This is obviously just my opinion as a more introverted person and wouldn't recommend it for people like me.

   Perfect breakfast spot. The mega breakfast was only for £6!! The food came quick, the place was clean and the man who served me was absolutely hilarious. Honestly, he really made my day and wish more businesses in the community would act like that.

   Lovely food. Found by recommendation working locally. Can get busy at times, but they do takeaway .Well worth a detour. Limited menu but I'd rather that over more choice/low quality. If you want ambiance with your food ..move on. Priced like your in a timewarp. Enough said eh(¿)

   To be fair this is one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a long time. 6 pound for a very large meal and tea. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 Rounds of toast, black pudding, potato wedges, and I swapped out the beans and mushrooms for hash brown and tinned tomatoes. Quality is very good too. Nice owner , guys like a joke, will be going again for sure. If your from outside the area and you need a cheap, good quality and filling meal this is the place to go.

   Eira's is the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, or Sunday roast. It's a down to earth venue that prides itself on excellent, freshly prepared food at insanely low prices. The owner is witty and friendly, making his visitors feel comfortable and welcome. Trust me, you will need to wait for a table due to this cafe's outstanding reputation and plethora of regular customers, but I guarantee it will be lip-smackingly worth every tiny second.
