   30/07/2025:First time here & recommended by a friend & wasn't disappointed. I had kebab meat & chips at £8.50. I must say the quantity of the food was awsome & the portion was spot on. Sadly they don't deliver but have said if I phone tge, they will prepare & have it ready for when I arrive. Will be going back & next time I'll get my salad in a separate container as it did turn my kebab a little cold. Would highly recommend to friends & family.

   Called in between buses from Swansea to Porthcawl with change just outside the Charcoal Grill. I ordered the chicken wrap, where the meat is cooked "while you wait", then had a great choice of salad & sauces to add to suit my taste. 10 minute trip to home, so the fact the wrap was covered with foil, kept it warm. I was pleasantly surprised at the Quality & Quantity of the meal - Delicious !!

   I like kebabs and over the last few years have tried every kebab restaurant in Bridgend. After hearing good reviews about the Charcoal Grill I took the drive from Bridgend to Pyle. It was definitely worth it. Parking is easy with a large car park. The restaurant was well staffed so no waiting to be served and the food was both excellent and good sized portions. I particularly liked the meat being put next to the salad ( keeps it warmer I think) and the pitta bread placed separately. Tasted great and it has now become my go to place. Very good

   After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I will no longer be visiting your takeaway. The portion sizes are now ridiculous. The kebabs used to be so big you couldn’t close the box. Now it’s just a sprinkle of meat. I would rather pay more and keep the portion size the same. Bad way to run a business.

   Great kebab shop with extra 5 stars for being open for lunch! They love to overcook and dry out the chicken kebab unless I insist that it's done enough for me. Why do I need to tell these guys how to cook chicken, I don't know! Also. I want chicken and doner kebab with chips for lunch and my budget is £10. These guys cannot do it for me. I'm very disappointed. Update, 6 months on. I've changed my star rating from 5 to 2. I've been visiting this place for months and I've never had so much as a nod of acknowledgment from any of the miserable staff. They're all grim-faced and unfriendly and I'm pretty sure this is down to grim-faced, miserable leadership from the boss. And, asking for a slight change from what's on the menu to suit my personal taste, which is no problem anywhere else... you'd think I'd asked them to change the text of the holy book! Just a straight flat "no". Not even "no, sorry". Pah. The 2 remaining stars is for being open at lunchtime. You just lost 3 for your abysmal customer skills. Lighten up, the lot of you!
