   We always visit this McDonalds on our way to South Wales. Clean facilities, parking, outdoor seating for when we have the dogs with us. Food is fresh and hot and staff friendly.

   Sat outside as the weather was nice and there's a small play thing. Outside bench could have done with a clean and couldn't order off of the app as there was no option to collect the food so didn't get any points or discounts which is annoying.

   Im not usually one to leave reviews or complain.. but this place has gone so downhill the last few months we'll just stick to Baglan from now on. No idea who's running the place, but they need a wake up call! The first mess we had a couple of months ago was getting the wrong meal, no sauces, and missing a cookie, then weeks later we get freezing coffees half full, the sprite was literally just sparkling water, and burger had no sauce or pickles. We went again the other day, hoping we'd be third time lucky, but no, this time they completely messed up the order by giving my mother a chicken burger instead of a big mac! The chips were freezing, they had no salt on them, and they'd again forgotten the sauces! We were in a rush so couldn't go back! Half the stuff was thrown out because of how awful it tasted. Won't be going there again, something needs to definitely change if all the other bad reviews say the same thing too!

   The food is the standard McDonald's, but that doesn't always guarantee that you'll receive decent quality, here it is consistently quite good. These days the burgers are considerably thinner than in days gone by, costs go up, so somethings have to change, whether is be prices, quality or quantity. McDonald's appear to have tried to keep prices as low as they can, without sacrificing their quality. The ordering screens can be difficult to navigate, I found it difficult to locate "meal" options for some items, but when ordering with a member of staff, the meals were all available. There have been a couple of occasions recently, at other McDonald's venues, where food quality has been very disappointing, here it was not. Although not my favourite choice for eating out, I have to compliment the staff, for providing hot, fresh tasting fayre and the icecream McFlurries were very nice, and not too large to enjoy, before melting. Finally I need to mention one member of staff, though it seems to me that his pleasant, patient and polite attitude, are typical here. It was quite noisy while I was ordering and the young man was very patient with me, as I tried to listen to him describing the options. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. I will return!

   As McDonald's go, it's OK. Food is fine, but the service takes ages unfortunately. I think its the fact that you have Just Eats orders coming through, which always seem to be a priority. Plenty of seating and a comfortable atmosphere as well.
