   Came to pick up for takeaway ordered 10 extra saucy wings with peri tamer (no spice) sauce. Drove home only to find they added a different, incredibly spicy sauce instead. Drove all the way back and they said they would remake. After waiting just a couple of minutes they came out with a new box that they had covered in the mayo or yogurt that’s optional which i had told them i did not order or want. I then had to wait ONE HOUR for them to make new wings, after smelling burning they came out with the burnt wings and instead of tasting like peri tamer they just tasted burnt and dry. There was barely anyone there and they brought out a couple meals before my burnt wings. They gave me a free extra cake for my troubles -.- can’t say it was worth over an hour of my time. Should have gotten a refund. I’ve ordered online before also and they frequently get parts of the order wrong in the same ways.

   Very Disappointing and disrespectful Experience I'm writing this review to express my disappointment and disgust at the unacceptable behavior of the staff at Nandos Morfa Swansea. Me and my husband visited the restaurant at around 11:15am, expecting to be seated for brunch . The doors were open, lights were on, and tables were ready. We were unsure if they were open or not, as we didn’t know they will be opening on 11:30am but we decided to take a look. As we were choosing our seats, a staff member approached us and informed us that they would be opening in 15 minutes and asked us to leave. We felt humiliated, embarrassed and disappointed at the same time. What disappointed us the most was the way we were treated. The staff member not only asked us to leave but also walked us to the door, making sure we left the premises. We felt disrespected and unwelcome. A simple request to wait for 15 minutes would have been appreciated, but asking us to leave was unacceptable. We have visited Nandos Morfa Swansea 2-3 times before for dinner , but this experience has put us off for good. We will not be visiting again. The lack of respect and customer service is appalling. To the management, I would like to say that you are losing loyal customers like us due to your staff's behaviour. Train your staff to be more customer-friendly and respectful. Highly Not recommended

   Lunch at Nandos in Morfa park Swansea. Fairly busy but was seated quickly. Nice decor and seating. Usual Nandos menu, chicken, burgers, sharing platters. Ordered full platter to share for family of 3, whole chicken and 4 sides for £28 good value and enough for 4. Service was friendly and efficient. Nice meal. Car parking is very busy and takes a little time to get out of.

   1st time here, ordered 2x double chicken (as in photo ).comes with 2 sides, ordered the cheesy chip sharer,and 2 bottomless soft drinks... Food is dry..well overcooked and well over priced around £45. really small portion means that it is even worse value for money as you're still hungry.. putting sauce ontop of dry chicken doesn't make it moist again.. I counted 9 staff infront of the counter ,surely they could've been found something to do, if not then it shows they were over staffed...

   Welcomed by a lovely young lad. Took the time to smile and engage in conversation. I had my 17 month old grandson who’s very busy and this employee went out of his way to sit us in a suitable area and then came back with paper and crayons. Staff like this make such a difference! I didn’t catch his name but he had braids in his hair and a red t-shirt on this evening (17/03/23 - placed my order around 17:30) Would definitely return.

   Don’t know whether it’s because they’ve just opened or not but food took like an hour.. cutlery wasn’t clean.. when food did arrive the spices were wrong on the food.. just seems like the staff are students and they ain’t really making enough effort to provide a good service.. not all of them but one or two of the staff are useless. Swansea city centre is a better nandos from that experience.

   Amazing service from staff, amazing attitudes towards customers and the food was the best Nando’s I have had in a long time and they had everything i wanted(Llanelli branch never has some of the sides we like) would 100% definitely go again, the layout of the restaurant is warm and open. Everything was just amazing about our experience here! We were excited as it is now local to us whereas the other 2 Nando’s are about half hour drives not 10 minutes away. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.
