Will not be returning to this harvester any time soon!! We ordered tomato soup for starters it was cold. No sorry from the waitress when it was brought back to the table. Customer service was lacking at this harvester. For The main course I ordered a mixed grill was expecting quarter chucking as stated on the menu and ended up with a chicken burger and a very small steak see photo.. Manager refused to come out and see me as I wanted to make sure that the message was passed on about our experience at the restaurant.

I went to harvester today for food with the family and the whole atmosphere was lovely including the staff and our server Ellen. Me and the family will definitely be coming back very soon. The food was amazing as always. I have absolutely no problems with anything like the service or food while being there. I will recommend to all my friend and family to come down for a meal. If I did have any problems at all our server Ellen sorted it out straight away. Very professional. Ellen was very lovely as she was very understanding that my mother had dietary restrictions which not many other places are understanding. Loved the deserts as well a different verity of deserts.

Great experience despite the current heatwave of nearly 30 degrees. Our hostess, Heather, couldn't have been more helpful or approachable, she made us feel welcome as soon as we came in and made sure we were settled in a nice cool area. Hope her first day went well!!

I recently visited Harvester at Morfa Swansea, and it lived up to its reputation for consistency. However, whether that is good, bad, or just plain mediocre depends on what you order. The salad bar was well stocked, but many items appeared to have been sitting out for too long. I did enjoy the food I ordered, though it was nothing to write home about, and my dining companions seemed equally underwhelmed by their selections. Service left much to be desired as well. The staff member at the till was not very polite and seemed uninterested, which only added to the overall disappointing experience. Would I return? Possibly, if I needed a quick and inexpensive meal. But overall, Harvester falls short of being a great dining option.

Staff were absolutely amazing! I didn't think to mention that I would be carrying ambulatory oxygen when I booked our table but from the moment we walked through the door the staff there couldn't do enough for us. They made sure that we had a table where we were comfortable and also ensured that we had drinks etc. all evening without constantly distributing us and nothing at all was any trouble for them! We'll definitely be back just to give the staff another tip! They made a good evening a brilliant one!

Booked for early breakfast 9:00 am. Doors opened 9:05. Staff were great, very helpful, ordered regular breakfast which arrived fairly quickly but scrambled eggs cold, bacon cold, tomato cooked outside raw inside. New eggs brought quickly, with a sorry and nice and hot. Place is really in need of a major makeover and shows signs of neglect and hard ware which is a shame. The window vills and floor was covered in crumbs etc so the cleaning needs to be bucked up. Will need to think before returning here for anything other than a pint or maybe not.

Went here on a Sunday evening recently. Ordered the 3 tapas starter: Nachos, wings and garlic bread. The waitress came back and told us they'd run out of nachos so I would have to go without or choose something else. I chose to get the goujons instead. The food turned up hot and fresh tasting. I then went on to order my main. My partner ordered the half rotisserie chicken with a side and I wanted to order the 1983 rotisserie chicken and rib combo (half a rotisserie chicken and half a rack of ribs). I was told I couldn't have the half rotisserie chicken because of the way they portion it. They had enough halfs to give me one but for some reason the kitchen could only give me a quarter rotisserie chicken and a chicken breast instead which is cooked differently. I reluctantly agreed because I didn't want anything else but I found the whole scenario really strange and disappointing. The food arrived hot and fresh and table service was good. I then went on to order desserts- I wanted the Cookie Chaos waffle and I was told that they didn't have any chocolate chip cookies left. All of the toppings were available aside from the cookies. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. I wasn't offered any alternatives and I also wasn't offered any discounts for the inconveniences which is the least I thought they could do. The bathrooms were also crawling with flies, I must have counted at least 4 or 5 on the walls. Absolutely disgusting. There was flies around our table too which I think came from the bathroom, honestly it was annoying and kind of offputting. Overall the meal was decent but I found the amount of issues I ran into with ordering was sub-par and a bit ridiculous. I understand restaurants run out of stock but in my experience it's not unusual for the customer to be offered something as an apology.

I took my wife and two children for breakfast, the food quality was excellent and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The service again excellent and a special mention for Michael our server who was more than helpful. Overall a great experience and will keep returning.
