Lovely establishment, clean store with happy and helpful staff members and managers. I would recommend this burger over any as I have not received this level of hospitality anywhere else. Great experience overall. Thank you
Went there yesterday ordered at the drive through and was told to park up and wait after half hour of waiting my wife went inside to see why our food was and eventually got a full refund along with a few other waiting customers it was chaotic there with loads of people waiting and staff not having a clue what was going on or what they were doing totally disorganised chaos. A real shame as it’s another good business being ruined by bad customer service from inexperienced staff who don’t care unfortunately. We weee just one of many customers asking for a refund after waiting ages.
As you'd expect from chain fast food preparers, the burgers followed guidelines regarding burger construction. We used the drive-thru as we were in a hurry. We ordered three meals. Our son has allergies to eating certain foods so we had a specific order for him, which very many fast food eateries can't get quite right so orders need to be checked before he eats - they got this right. There was a bit of a wait, possibly while they prepared a burger just for him, so we were asked to park up. We expect this. After a bit of a wait - only when my wife went inside to query the delay of our food order (as we'd seen many people come and go with their food while we were sitting in the car park waiting), our food was cold, the chips were soggy from sitting in a bag too long, (my wife told me the bag of food was sat ready to go on the counter, not even in a warmer, while she waited to get the attention of one of the busy kitchen staff. The staff member gave her the bag which was sat on the counter then continued their duties). After she returned to us in the car with the order, we found the food was cold. After the wait to get the food, we didn't want to spend more time going back inside, waiting for a staff member, complaining to them and asking for a fresh order then waiting for that to be prepared, as we really had to hit the road. So we ate the burger cold and threw the chips in the bin. We'd even finished our drinks before the food arrived. Not too great a food experience, I'm afraid.
If I could give 0 stars I would,the food from here is absolutely disgusting. Not just that my childs meal of nuggets were so hard you could bounce them off the wall and they'd come back to you!! This was even the issue with my burger. I phoned the restaurant in Llansamlet and told them about my childs meal being so bad he replied "would like us to replace it" I told him "No thanks if its like the last lot keep it" he then gave me the email address to the burger king complaints dept. I sent them the pics and complaint and low and behold I got an email back saying there has been a "System error" and to try sending again in 72 hours!! What a surprise eh they don't like the truth steer clear of this place never ever again having food from this place!!
Food was ready shortly after ordering on the instore ordering facility. I ordered the burger melt, chips, chilli cheese bites, I chose tte large option. Food was freshly made, tasty, and was served at the right, for me, temperature. The cost with the upgrade to a Monster drink and using reward points for the additional chilli cheese bites was good. I'm kinda addicted to the chilli cheese bites. They're very satisfying.
It's my first time in this establishment and tried to order on the screen but it kept telling it couldn't process my order so went to the counter and they couldn't give me the offer because I didn't have the app so this place will never have my feet walk through that door again
Ordered our food and drink and both drinks were incorrect, Asked the supervisor for straws as the dispenser was empty, only for him to walk off and do something else. The food was luke warm. This place has really gone downhill, and when the supervisor behaves in this manner, it's understandable standards will drop.
Self-service machine not working right ordered all food wrong.. When picked food order up was wrong. When asked woman on counter this food is wrong. She replied the self - service is not working right.. Well why is on then..????
Worst place ever. Understaffed and rude. Can't even do a job Leave you waiting for 5mins yo be served only to tell u to serve yourself on the self - checkout machine Terrible customer service
