   Chip portions that are half the size of anywhere else locally and double the cost. £5 minimum spend on card that's completely unnecessary. The battered sausages are good to be fair, but the chips themselves tasted raw. Would not recommend, go to the chinese chip shop 50m away!

   I ordered a fish and chips yesterday and it was excellent in both quality and taste. The staff were lovely, friendly and very attentive to me as a customer. Would definitely come again, and really liked the Christmas decoration on the front window.

   Hi I just by chance had a sausage in batter when I was waiting for big fish orde. It was incredible quality I then asked she said Royal I think so was coming for 3 weeks as I had a bit of an addiction as quality was very very good. Came back 4th visit did same while waiting had a smalll SIB such a shame it didn’t taste anything like z3 prev receives so I asked lady behind counter was not very friendly about the question even though as an ex hotel caterer and manager as customer we are quite entitled to know about brands so anyway she didn’t like it she said brand had not changed total diffferent receipe in fact I binned it and informed my husband my obsession was now over lol can you find out what’s happened receipe change from manufacturer? But def something has changed would be interested in a reply as now had to go elsewhere ?

   Called in on a Sunday evening, as not many other chip shops are open. I was served by a young girl who took my order for a portion of chips, wrapped @ £2.95 (wasn't too hungry). Gave her £3.10 and watch her as she counted the money, trying to work out the change. Needless to say, it was wrong, got 5p back. The chips were the smallest I've been served anywhere, and they were not even luke warm. I've heard things about this chippie, but after visiting tonight, found them to be true. This will be the one and only time going here.

   Bart chips we have had for a long time not overcooked or too crispy and really fluffy in the middle and a good portion too We ordered the mushy pea fritter more from curiosity than anything else and it was really good we will def be back thanks guys

   Excellent Fish n Chips and has recently reopened after Covid outbreak. Well organized and safe to visit, ticket handed to us on payment and we waited outside until fresh fish was cooked.
