   Fantastic fresh and tasty seafood. Having read the reviews we expected good things and were not disappointed. Salt and pepper cockles were delicious, crisp and savoury. Calamari was tasty and tender (there are not many places in the UK that make fried squid on a par with Greece!). Chips and fried prawns also really good. Super fresh and tasty seafood, prompt service, and great value. I'd recommend getting here not too late. A few minutes after we received our order they announced they had sold out of calamari (a good sign in many ways, they have good fresh produce and aim to sell it all).

   Fresh seafood by the sea, from a shack, the way it should be. Nostalgic and enjoyable. I almost settled for a jar of pickled cockles from a supermarket as I couldn't find them fresh at all the coast in the gower I visited until I found this place. Well worth the visit.

   Great little place for a quick lunch or dinner. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious. I’ve never eaten cockles, but really enjoyed them popcorn style as they were really crispy. Calamari was lovely and soft but not chewy.

   NIce pit stop seafood shack located along the Mumbles front near Southend, ordered Calamari cooked to order, tasted nice and fresh, at £7.50 a tad pricey for what it is.

   I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Called for a quick bite for lunch on the last day of our break, having spotted them earlier in the week. Great bunch of guys, lovely back story, and excellent local produce. Expect a short wait at peak times - well worth it...

   Delicious seafood. There’s a queue and we need to wait 20 min but it was well worthy. All the options come with a small touch, lemon, lime, home made sweet chilly or a herb. We went to the bug hut next to the kids part with tables and benches to sit and enjoy our meal. A place to come back over and over again when in Gower.

   Awesome little seafood hut right by the bay! Calamari and cockles tasted amazing and fresh - the whole menu sounded and looked very appealing and I would have loved to try all of it! Service very nice and welcoming. If you love seafood: Go there! Try it! You won't be disappointed!

   Absolute dream and super fresh and delicious! Arrived both times just before closing and most items were sold out. Still got to try their chill prawns, whitebait and popcorn cockles. Would travel to Mumbles just for this - especially the cockles popcorn. Go early in the day to get your pick from their menu!
