   Waited 20minutes for 2 ×coffee and medium portion fries, if you use the toilets , wear wellingtons if you don't want your feet to get wet , it wasn't particularly busy , I'm pretty sure they just forgot the orders from people who went in rather than using the Drive Thru....not somewhere I'll bother stopping at again.

   I often use this McDonald's as it's the closest food place locally. I have noticed a decline in the food and specifically portion sizes. I ordered a medium fries and there were so little fries that I had to look into the container to see them (less fries than a small!). I also ordered a large fries and the same thing, no visible fries ( only slightly over a small!). The burgers were also very cold and what I received was not my order (the burgers were wrong). It was a shame and considering McDonald's is more expensive these days and we have cost of living, I don't appreciate being given less than HALF of the portion size whilst paying for the full thing.

   Wanted to order at counter and at this place it was hassle free. This is not always the case. Even better the order was brought to the table. Of the hundreds of McDonald's I've visited in the past 40 years this one is top ten.

   If only the burgers looked like they do on the menu screens..... I bought a McCrispy meal today and it looks nothing like the picture advertising it the chicken tasted alright but for nearly a tenner some more lettuce would have been nice it looks like a 5 year old threw it together.

   Food excellent, coffee the best I've had in a lounge time. The touchscreen ordering was a little temperamental and the paper roll was jammed. Other than that all was good, quick and friendly service and a spacious car park. Very low mobile phone signal, but this is no reflection on the branch.

   Quite busy, so we had to wait a while for food, then had to wait for table. Lots of people had finished eating and were just talking or on their phones, although they could see people were waiting to sit down.

   Great staff I got helped by Lee on the self service absolute lovely lady. I have never seen the staff work so hard and efficient, the girl picking the orders was so fast serving the counter picking the drive through orders and making the drinks.

   The food was indeed fast, which is after all what you're there for. The premises was clean and the staff efficient. It's not the biggest, but nor does it need to be, serving a fairly small area, and only really being a pit-stop off the A47. Lots of parking available too.

   Where do I start just awful 30mins to get cold food which looks like it has been kicked around the kitchen One burger with items in it which were asked to be removed and to top it all of given the wrong receipt Tired to complain online just to go round in circles telling me I had ordered through just eat which it wasn't???? Was all done through there phone app and collected in person I know mcdonald's is fast-food but the standards were too low for it not to be questioned

   Clean, normal McDonalds. All good. Toilets clean, food as you expect it. Cons Another customer ordered porridge and was given a knife and fork? We ordered to eat in and where given the food in a bag. Obviously, these situations could be just a one off.
