   We have just spent 2 nights here on a friends recommendation, it was perfect. Lovely room, friendly staff and really good food. Unfortunately I have a small appetite and so couldn’t take full advantage of the delicious food which is served in very good size portions and beautifully presented.

   Good location, room was clean with fresh decor and staff were friendly. Downsides were : Room very small, no storage. There was a wardrobe but it was not even deep enough for the hangers. Hotel could do with some upkeep. Staff smoking outside our room. Lot of noise from room above.

   What a fabulous place to stay. Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Easy walk to the beach, shops and a good choice of restaurants. A short car ride will take you to other beautiful beaches. If you are looking for somewhere to stay this is the place. I'll definitely be going back.

   Great place to stay , quiet and lovely traditional setting. The room was fairly comfortable but I could feel springs starting to protrude from mattress. Polite, helpful staff. The breakfast was good and nice to have the cooked food served to table instead of congealing on hotplates. Good base while visiting Mumbles.

   Having worked at Norton House Hotel as a wedding photographer. I can honestly say that the staff are very helpful, the venue is in a wonderful location, and the food here is great! Hopefully I'll be back here to shoot another wedding soon!!

   Room was small but clean and cosy. Location excellent to walk into the Mumbles for evening meal at Pierre Bistro and for hiking along the coast. Service was excellent and breakfast was good. A bottle of water was given to us both for the journey home! Nice touch.

   Stayed for 2 night whilst in the area and won’t be returning. Had to ring a bell several times before anyone came to reception so we could check in. The room itself was a lot smaller than what the pictures on the booking showed. The bathroom shower had brown circles in it which should not of been left there. The shower was quite cold and the head would come off when you put it on. We slept awful both nights as the boiler would come on every half an hour and make a loud buzzing noise, you could also hear other guests coughing, flushing their toilets, watching their tvs, closing their doors and speaking so loudly! It could all be heard from our room and both nights we were constantly being woken up by several noises. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a good selection. Hot breakfast options were fine also. Overall, we did not enjoy the experience and would not return. We paid £142 for the room and have had better experiences in a £35 premier inn. Extremely disappointed and tired for the drive home. We expected better and won’t be returning.

   Had Xmas lunch with friends. The service was excellent friendly and efficient. The food was hot generous portions and vv tasty. It was great to be offered extra portions of vegetables and gravy. Gorgeous coffee and mince pies. Would highly recommend.

   We had our wedding reception in Norton House on 10/09/22. We had the perfect day! The staff were great and owner Alan made sure the whole day ran smoothly whilst being so warm and welcoming. Ruth and Hannah were so helpful through the whole planning of the day and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The food was beautiful and the venue was perfect for an intimate reception of 58 people. The guests were full of praise for the food and the lovely venue. We had photos on mumbles pier which meant we had a great location for photos without travelling far and missing part of the day. Highly recommend Norton House as a wedding venue
