Great service at the Haystack Cafe! I visited for food and coffee for the first time today and highly recommend it. I ordered a chai latte and the Benny stack. Although there was about a 20-minute wait for the food, it was understandable given the busy, full cafe and the busy staff. The wait was definitely worth it, as the food was excellent. I will definitely return. There is a small car park next to the cafe, or if you’re lucky enough to find parking across the street, it's a lovely place worth stopping by. You can order at the counter or through the QR code on the table. The Haystack also accepts cash and card payments, offering a convenient choice. The menu boasts a wide variety of delicious hot and cold drinks and food options. This cafΓ© truly does not disappoint.

WOW. I love the biscoff pancakes here. Staff are lovely. Great matchas too. Highly recommend. Pancakes are so fresh and you get so much toppings!

This place always delivers! Whenever I am in the area I try to make an effort to visit before I leave Swansea! It is always packed, and often has queues out the door! It’s because of how good the food and coffee is!! I can only say, you have to come here to try it for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!!!

We used to enjoy coming here, but unfortunately, things have changed. We visited last Friday, and we were disappointed with both the service and the atmosphere. Full farmers breakfast was served with grouse looking sausage which doesn’t look edible, but mine took several more minutes, leaving their food to go cold while waiting. When I tried to ask at the counter, the staff said that’s how they give sausage as it’s quicker to cook at the closing time and told me taste and it will taste like sausage. If not, they will give me a voucher or refund the sausage cost. There is new staff now and doesn’t look very helpful. We previously had very good service and food. Things are changing now. The food quality wasn’t what it used to be, and the space was overcrowded to the point where it was hard to move comfortably. Overall, it wasn’t the best visit we’d hoped for! Not worth the wait anymore.

So far this is the best healthy food cafe in Swansea area. Food is spot on, coffee is just right. The only drawback is you can not book a place in advance, hence you may need to wait to be seated.

Went to the Haystack Cafe for the first time a few weeks ago. No booking system however we were lucky to be seated within 5 - 10 minutes despite it being match day in Swansea. Also there was plenty of parking onsite adjacent to the cafe. The interior is kooky and quite charming, ordering food is via a QR code which loads up the app. We went here for brunch and ordered a mixture of dishes to try a bit of everything, the Fried chicken eggs Benedict was delicious and my fiancΓ© enjoyed the Chicken bacon cheeseburger. The portions were generous and we didn't manage to finish our food but it was no problem requesting food to take away with us when we were done.

The food was delicious and the chorizo stack was incredible. The coffee was good too. I would definitely go back for a savoury meal. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the black forest pancake stack. At Β£10 it was a big disappointment. The pancakes were stodgy and dry. The fruit compote was delicious though. Pity about the pancakes, truly. I recommend you avoid them and instead order a delicious meal off the menu. We parked on the side of the road. The interior decor is fun and quirky.

First time sitting in for food and having pancakes and they were the best I have ever had! Absolutely amazing pancakes, loads of choice on the menu! The staff are also brilliant and provide a great service! An extremely popular place to go for breakfast and brunch, the pancakes are an absolute must when going here, but there other food is just as good!

Having recently moved to this area, we've discovered that this is possibly the best cafe in Swansea. Their pancake stacks are delicious, and a definite must try if you visit. I love how they have monthly specials, we'll definitely have to pop back once a month just to try these! Overall a very lovely, welcoming cafe that serves delicious food! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
