   Nayim in CK store..shocking service..elderly neighbours ordered 25.00.. worth of food delivered stone cold, had been tipped on plates..spoke to shop agreed refund..food placed back in containers. As it wasn't as delivered air some mixed together, no refund or part refund given...I assume because they can't re-hest food..what else were they going to do with it..there comments in store never in 15 years have we delivered cold food. It was stone cold I can vouch for that, and we are 5 minutes from shop...must of been last delivery...shocking service, will never be using again and will not recommend to anyone..bet this isn't placed on there page...

   So , I've previously wrote a 5 star review as the food was amazing and was great service. Tonight had a very different experience!! Ordered food online 15 minutes later a buzz at the door? Said to my partner that can't be food already? It was! However half the order was missing! So no wonder it was fast delivery. Rang them up and asked them if they could try and bring it quickly otherwise the rest of my food will go cold to be laughed at on the phone! Now I understand mistakes happen but to LAUGH at a customer on the phone?? Not acceptable! Food that has arrived is cold. Not impressed and has really changed my view on this takeaway. Will not be ordering again which is a shame as I am a regular. If you want to give me a ring back in a professional manner to try and redeem yourselves please feel free but I doubt it will happen after the experience I've had from the staff's response. Shame.

   I never review takeaways as every takeaway I’ve had was always awful and never up to standard. But everytime I’ve had Nayim it’s been 100%. Boiling food and fresh and very tasty. The chicken kebab is out of this world. They’re never fail to give you a good meal! And the prices are even better! Thank you guys for bringing this takeaway local to me:)

   I really don't like to complain and I should have just asked them to come pick the meal up and just give me my money back. My first and last time delivery from here, I had 3 diff meals and the meat was actually off in every meal the lamb mainly. And I do know how off meat smells and tastes. I tried my best to get through it cos I was very hungry. The saving grace was the servings were so small I didn't seem to be throwing much away. Sorry if this offends but it is 100% the truth

   After being a regular customer here I am sad to say no more. Last meal ordered the chips were reheated, the chicken was very dry, delivery was over 35mins late so food only slightly warm. Second time this has happened, first time was put down to a one off but after the second time I will now go elsewhere.
