   For the prices of these sandwiches you would at least think they would be generous with the fillings! Absolutely shocking empty sandwiches, awful service, attitude when I asked her to change the bread because she put the wrong filling in one and was about to carry in with making the sandwich! No one is a fan of going to work but not one of these girls could crack a smile to any of the customers or say thank you. Terrible!

   Went to Subway Gorseinon on 25/08/2025. Ordered a six inch Italian herbs and cheese with tuna, cheese, red onions and sweet onion sauce. When the person serving put the tuna in the sub, I asked if there was any more tuna as I felt that there was very little. The person asked the other person serving and they said that the amount was OK. I was then told that there would be a charge if I wanted more tuna. I declined this. So I ended up paying £4.69 for a six inch sub with very little filling. NEVER AGAIN!

   Ordered food for delivery sandwiches were late being delivered , sandwiches were freezing cold hadn’t been toasted and no sauce in the sandwiches , I called up the shop and staff were extremely rude stating “well it didn’t happen on my shift I’ve just swapped over” not trying at all to resolve the situation at all extremely disappointed with the staff working tonight

   I have ordered a sub meal from subway yesterday from this subway. It came perfectly wrapped and tasted delicious. The Deliveroo menu is not consistent with the actual menu available in stores as it is missing some of the toppings and types of bread I would have in store but good either way. The portions were also a bit small compared to what you would get in store.

   Rude customer service. Also, always double check the price and the Gorseinon store likes attempt to overcharge always and when questioned about price lady claims “prices have gone up”. I ordered a plain chicken salad with no extras at all and paid £5. When in all stores it should cost £3.99. Terrible service
