Ordered big tasty meal. Chips were cold, but I told staff member, they apologised and brought me fresh chips. Good customer service.

If you are ordering more than two meals in the drive thru it is near impossible for them to get your order correct. If you are lucky enough to realise this before you leave and go inside to sort it then the rest of your food maybe still warm by the time you get sorted (if you are lucky). If you get home and realise something is missing their phone number doesn't work also, so you either have to go back up there or just suck it up - assuming you have your receipt that is, as if you forget to ask for it, you dont get it! I know it's fast food but still annoying when you spend £30+ and receive this level of service. Its more about the principle than anything else....

Absolutely shocking place. At this point, I’m starting to believe the restaurant has a strict moral opposition to delivering full meals - perhaps a philosophical stance, perhaps an identity crisis, who knows. But one thing’s certain: if my order contains the main item, it’s by accident and someone will probably get written up for it. Today’s triumph? A Big Tasty Burger meal, bravely delivered without the Big Tasty Burger. Just fries and a Coke - the sort of meal you might hand to someone who’s been sentenced to reflect on their life choices, but not for too long. If I wanted the culinary equivalent of being ghosted, I’d have stayed home and opened my fridge. What really deserves applause, though, is the commitment. The sheer dedication to missing the same type of item every single time. It’s not random. It’s not chaotic. It’s practically a mission statement. You’ve mastered the art of sending me everything except the food I actually ordered. That’s a level of brand consistency most companies can only dream of. And since we’re discussing consistency, let’s talk about the quality checks — or the stunning lack thereof. The handover between the restaurant and the delivery driver appears to be less of a process and more of a trust fall where everyone just walks away halfway through. Two different businesses, one transaction, and somehow neither of them thinks to look in the bag before launching it into the night like a culinary loot box. It’s truly remarkable. Space missions manage more reliable handovers. Meanwhile, my food is being passed from person to person with all the scrutiny of a cursed object no one wants to touch. The driver grabs the bag, the restaurant hands it over, and neither party feels compelled to ask, “Does this contain the thing the customer paid for?” Spoiler: no. It does not. Not even by accident. If either side spent three seconds - literally three - checking the order instead of treating the bag like it’s supernaturally sealed, we might occasionally approach competence. But here we are. And finally, to the manager - sincerely - something in your operation is broken in a way that suggests more than a simple oversight. This isn’t a blip; it’s a pattern. A habit. A culture. A reflex. And it’s costing you customers who, shockingly, would like to receive the food they paid for rather than a beautifully curated box of disappointment. I’m not asking for gourmet excellence. I’m not asking for speed. I’m just asking for the one item the entire meal is named after. Apparently, that is a dream too ambitious for this establishment - but hope springs eternal.

This used to be an efficient McDonald’s that was always clean and a nice environment. Sadly it appears that actual customers are not a priority with delivery drivers in and out at speed while customers stand for 10-15 minutes and that’s a quiet day. The tables were dirty and the restaurant was empty, Cleaned the table myself so my family could eat without additional germs. Not so fast food anymore. Will avoid from now on

The usual McDonalds standard, food OK, service and cleanliness just average. It has a children's indoor play area and outdoor seating. The carpark was busy on both times we have visited, but managed to get a spot.

Haven't had no problems ordering there before. Ordered off the delivero app and just had 2 portions of very under cooked fries, No way you could eat them Called them to make them aware of this and they said thanks for letting them know. Still paid £30 for 2 meals and 9 nuggets with no fries. Not great

Been here mostly every morning for my coffee as I'm working up here, unfortunately I have been made to wait a minimum of 15minutes every time, they tend to concentrate on the drive thru before actually serving walk ins. Still good coffee but cold by the time I get it.

Great little Pitstop. Good that it has ipads for kids and a small play area whilst waiting for the grub. Usually clean but can be a bit messy at busy times and they love to run out of sweetners but get them back in a day or two. Kids chairs and the best thing for me is a great amount of seats with plug sockets for laptop working. Quick fast food. Three hour parking (don't go over as they do issues parking charge notices) staff friendly and the food is cheap and so is the coffee! Standard McDonald's restaurant with a few extras and always parking!

Waiting by the till for 5 minutes for a cash transaction, only to be told that i need to order on the self service machine, then cancel my order and pay at the till! Absolutely pointless and a waste of valuable time! Better off going to Burger King much faster and better food
