    Never had a issue with lotties till today I bought 1 bacon roll for my partner and a bacon and egg for myself when I got home I was shocked that my bacon and egg roll had only 1 piece of bacon in and a very small egg and still charged £7 for it!!! I’m disgusted by this I know everyone is trying to make money but doing this to customers is not acceptable I will no longer be using lotties after this experience

    I recently ordered a breakfast baget from them for delivery, what I received was not woth the money that I had payed for it considering there are other places in the area that are similar prices and you get more, Disappointed for a local place

    Lack of filling especially the chicken hardly any in it even gaps in the roll with no chicken had them a few times but that seem to give even less every time and even with a thin layer of salad that’s all you can taste is the salad! It’s a shame really because if there was more you would have more people come to you. Also there was an insect in the lettuce ! I have the rolls picked up for me and opened it and insect crawled out of lettuce
