   Some of the best chow mein and spring rolls I've ever had . The delivery driver is so rude though . Short changed me too because he had to wait 40sec for me to get to the front door then lied and said it took me 5-10mins to get there . Good thing I have a ring doorbell otherwise he may have been able to gaslight me . Keep making great food, maybe get a different driver though

   Don't order from this place, if I could score it minus I would. Waited over an hour for the food arrived cold. curry was congealed and for a house special there was very badic not what was expected sweet and sour sauce was set, Satay Chicken was under cooked, I called to complain to be told because we had tried the food I wouldnt get a refund, the young lady on the phone was only doing her job by relaying the message from her boss but after I asked to talk to him she hung up on me I have continuously called she just hangs up on me, called from another phone she was rude and hung up. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

   If I could give zero stars I would. After the food arrived by a very grumpy delivery driver, we plated up and on trying the food is was cold and dry like it had been left to sit there. The prawn crackers were stale. The hoisin sauce for the duck was, cold and tasted off like vinegar. The only thing that was edible was the chips.. We contacted food hub who liased with the takeaway who said if we returned the food we could have a refund if we contacted them directly which I was happy to do. On contacting them they refused the refund on the grounds the food had been opened and tried - how else would we know it was cold and inedible? On trying to say this point I was screamed and shouted at. The manager was trying to intimidate me into backing down. At one point they were both screaming down the phone at me in another language I couldn't understand. At no point was I rude I just simply repeated what the agent asked me to do on the phone which was call them and return the food for a refund to be met with hysterical screaming and shouting that we should have contacted them directly first rather than go via food hub - which I did as the order was placed via that website. Their customer service is appalling and their food even worse. If I was a woman on my own which he definitely thought before my partner took the phone I would be terrified.

   A very poor experience. We went in to take away, waited for a long time, and then got the wrong order (although the team very apologetically replaced it). When we came home, we had some of the food but couldn’t even continue because it was really not tasty. Some of it bland, some full-on made me feel sick.

   Love tis chinese, food lovely. Best chinese takeaway in the town! My review one year later - bought a chinese here last Thursday, spent £50 and it was the worse meal ever! Chicken skewers - Chicken if you could call it that was like leather, curry tastless and soggy and wait for it - the prawn crackers stale!!! Absolutely NEVER AGAIN! I suggest you go somewhere else.

   Lady on phone was lovely, prawn chow mein ordered for delivery. Tasty, piping hot, prawns are flavoursome. Also ordered deep fried chicken with garlic. Its mostly batter, there is hardly any chicken, a shame as the dish has potential if there was more chicken, if not for that, would have rated 5 star.
