    Excellent food. Really really top quality. By far the best fish and chips in our area. We drive past 3 chippies to go to this one. Batter was crispy and light. Chips cooked to perfection, curry sauce was perfect. Not too thick and not too runny. Absolutely delicious meal.

    Travelling through Taverham and 2 of us fancied fish n chips and saw this place on the internet and reviews suggested we give it a try. Everything appeared to be cooked to order so we had to wait a while. I really wish we hadn't. Got home, opened up what we'd bought and couldn't believe it. So much grease on the fish that it was completely stuck to the paper. Tried to lift it but it was so stuck with grease that the batter just separated from the fish leaving a mushy mess. Chips were overcooked and soggy with grease and the curry sauce was so watery that it just looked like a weak gravy. On the upside the mushy peas were nice. My advice....go elsewhere unless you prefer a greasy, mushy mess for tea. If I could rate a zero that's what this place would get.

    How hard to update your opening time on the internet? It said open on the Google map, You make your customers drive all the way to there on a holiday and read your “closed” sign on the door. What a joke! Thank you very much

    Great fish and chips - never had a problem with the quality of the food. BUT the wait time is dreadful. I have waited for over 30 minutes for my order to be cooked (on more than one occasion) and that is just too long. Sadly will have to find another Fish & Chip shop.
