Rubbish, food late by about an 1hr plus. Try to call constantly engaged, can only guess this is the numerous other customers wondering where there food is. Food arrived, cold and disgusting....no customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! would give 0 star if possible
Appalling service and customer treatment. They took my online payment twice and three weeks later have still not refunded over £20 back to me. I have referred this to Norfolk Trading Standards.
I don't normally leave bad reviews & was really looking forward to this Chinese but it was absolutely disgusting and we couldn't eat it, the only thing edible was the chips couldn’t even eat it, it tasted like it had gone past its sell by date especially the prawn toast I cannot describe the taste but it was foul and it went straight in the bin and everything tasted out of date, please for the love of god check all the dates on your food because this was the worst food I've had from this place and certainly won’t be ordering from this place again and would like to warn people to be very careful when ordering from this place as me and my partner were ill the next day and that was only from eating a little of it

Delicious food, delivered on time and hot
I recently bought a curry with egg fried rice When I got home after 5 minutes emptied it on my plate it was cold my rice was re heated several times. My husband said not to eat it as I’m high risk being pregnant. Would not recommend this place at all. So bad
We decided to try Dragon Palace for ourselves and were pleasantly surprised. Greeted by smiles, very friendly staff and loved the food. Got exactly what we ordered and we will be returning very soon.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! This is the worst Chinese I have ever tasted! Firstly they got the order wrong and secondly I think the microwave is broken!!! Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed. This place definitely needs some improvement. Hair in the food, it was cold, oh so disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money!
A friend at my husband's work had suggested this place and we have been back two or three times already! It's become a highlight to the end of a day in the city! Everything is still hot when we get home (30 minutes away) and tastes delicious. We always have enough for dinner the following day, sometimes even lunch the day after. The staff are lovely, always friendly even when they are obviously rushed off their feet. A little bit more pricey than the local place we use but worth every penny!
