Saturday evening and lovely quiet time. Perfect for the family to get out. We had a big dog with us and they were very accommodating. I wouldn't like to be there when it's busy, but great when it's quiet. Food is hot, place was clean. Not very special food, id save 5 stars for exceeding quality but it was excellent for the price. Great value.

I’ve been to some top restaurants and cleanliness here tops them all! Carvery was superb and the staff are 5 stars they all deserve a pay rise, all work extremely hard. Super size is massive couldn’t eat it all I did try haha. Highly recommend this place.

Had a carvery food was delicious but not that hot seems been like that since reopened . When we mentioned it the staff knew as had been before and mentioned it staff were aware of it and did offer for us to get a new meal however it would been even cooler. We had it when first put out so expected it to be hot . However the quality food was great staff were very nice .

Clocktower Carvery’s recent refurbishment has breathed fresh life into an already great family pub experience. With superb carvery classics, a dazzling dessert spread, and a stellar play area, it hits all the right notes. It’s a relaxed, fun, and flavoursome lunch or dinner out—with something for everyone, especially the kids.

We went on a Sunday. Totally under staffed and the place was filthy. Waited over an hour to be seated. I felt sorry for the people working there. I overheard one staff member saying she had worked all day and hadn't had a break. (It was 5pm) I and the 13 others I was with will not be returning. Which is a shame as we were regulars. Ps, the carpets/floor really need cleaning. So sticky I wondered if I would get stuck in there.

We went in to The Clock Tower in Northwich on Sunday. It was very busy. Even though it was very busy, the staff were on the ball. There was no waiting to be served. The staff were pleseant, polite and relaxed. The food was amazing, I had a carvery and I have to say it was great. We finished our food and the staff were over checking if everything was OK. They cleared the plates once they knew we had finished. We will definitely be going back even though there are plenty of pubs closer that do a carvery. I would rather travel that bit further and feel comfortable and relaxed.

Went in for a carvery this afternoon. Peas and broccoli were over cooked / discoloured, we turned the beef down because it looked bone dry and was cooked well done, the girls turkey was Bone dry, the Yorkshire puddings were like crisps and one of the female attendants at the food service areas was actually quite rude and argumentative about our dietary requirements. very unimpressed. We Went for the 2 king size plates and I personally couldn’t see the difference in the meat portions. £52 quid on 4 bland and very neglected plates of food. I have eaten at the castle carvery about 5 times in the last 6-7 years and I have never been impressed - carverys are very over priced for what they are and the quality of food is average at best.

From start to finish the service, the food, the dining experience was superb. The food was good, prompt and a great choice. A large menu choice to cater for all tastes, this place is certainly worth a visit. The location was Atmospheric, Christmassy and really inviting. I look forward to visiting again soon Great work all.
