All the tables were dirty had to wipe down a table myself. Straws, packets, paper and fries all over the floor. Had to wait over 20mins. We could see multiple complaints coming through at the same time, service just not very good. Toilets were not great either. All soap dispensers broken and toilets dirty and blocked.
Needs a new manager. Restaurant is always filthy. Had to clean my own table. They gave me bleach water that made the table stink. Chicken greasy and not crispy. Attitude from staff. Needs a major rebuild.
This place was one of the worst kfc's I have ever been to. Upon walking in I was hit with what I can only describe as a urine smell, even my children said it .it did not look overly clean . The chicken was poor. The wait , now there was one young lad on the front and then a female bagging up stuff and putting it on the front counter by the young lad . He did not seem like he knew all to well what he was doing ,I feel he was still fairly new to the job. He had no help , the female just kept bagging and putting which was overwhelming for the young lad you could see. There was no communication no team work there. That system did not work ,many customers were standing there along time waiting for our food ,which had been bagged a while sat on the side. The customer before asked for manager or senior member of staff. To which the customer complained rightly so, and then only then did the manager \senior member of staff come round the front and help this poor lad, so the orders were getting out quicker . The order board telling you the food was ready for collection was dull of orders ,not one was ready fully .I think there needs to be more training of staff on how to work together and as a team and communicate and that will then create a much better working system.
If I could give no stars I would! I have just received raw chicken! And I called up and they offer me more chicken? I am absolutley mortified considering it is illegal if you don’t check the temp in chicken because chicken is very dangerous to consume if you eat it raw! I spoke to a manager who admitted that the whole batch was raw and undercooked and he did apoligise but I am taking this further considering my partner even consumed abit! I would like kfc manager/owner to contact me as soon as you can, because I will not be letting this go! This is DANGEROUS! And considering this is a chicken company you should know the dangers of consuming the meat raw! ALSO LOOKS AS IF ALL THE CHICKEN WAS RE FRIED TOO! What a waste of £50!! Amber h
At this KFC branch, the manager is very rude to both customers and staff. The food quality is also very poor. I did not expect this kind of experience from any other KFC branch. Need lots of improvement.
Staff did not check the bag of food before handing it over. A whole meal was missing. This seems to be standard practice as this is the second time it's happened and on my second visit. It starting to feel like this is part of the franchisee's business plan to claw back some profits. Also, no napkins. No straws for drinks - no apologies offered. Are we expected to wipe our hands on the car seat?
I don't mean to be rude, however this location is more often bad than good. I usually go here on days out with my family, but this will no longer the the case. Twice before this review, there have been missing items from the orders (which we had to tell the employees about). This time, an entire meal was missing from the order, and we couldn't do anything about it due to the order machine(for lack of a better term) not printing the receipt (This has also happened multiple times before. The location also lacks table markers). We essentially paid more or less an extra £8 for nothing.
Terrible! Ordered a rice box and had virtually no rice. Might as well of gotten the salad! Took forever to be done, people waiting over half an hour for small orders!
Quite simply distgusting bin overflowing tables full of litter can't put in the bin as it's too full and so is the top so no clean tables to sit at. Waited 30 minutes minutes for food. Manager just said he was shirt staffed and not overly bothered. Not a nice environment for food service at all.
Spaceous, clean and good service. As you see in photos, there are plenty of seats and table outside as well. Although it was bit busy, but I was served very quickly. Thanks for the hard working staff out there.
