The food was freezing cold, (I did order through a 3rd party delivery app, but o have never experienced food this cold) and possibly the worst ‘cheesy’ fries I’ve seen. I had to reheat everything to eat it so obviously quality was awful. Will not be ordering again.
Avoid at all costs. I was provided the wrong food. They initially gave me a tray with one item on it when I ordered 5 items! they didn't tell me my food would be ready shortly or that they are just waiting for it to cook, they handed me the tray like that was everything. I had to approach the counter 4 times in order to get the rest of my food. The kitchen looked very dirty, none of the staff were wearing head nets. I had to wait 20 minutes for my churros. Really bad service, really unhygienic and really disappointing.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, please don’t think this is will be a good experience even after reading all the reviews. Had a taco bell and thought would try the new bacon and cheese quesadilla. Got as a takeaway and opened up it looked nothing like the picture at all. The picture online looks like lovely grilled cheese all bubbly like cheese on toast with cooked bacon, and you can see by the picture what I got! It wasn’t even warm let alone hot. The chips were stone cold, and the beef in the Crispy taco was stone cold too! Despite being a 2 minute walk from the shop to my house. I obviously didn’t want to pay that amount for a stone cold dinner! So I went back to get a refund and the guy was very reluctant to give me one and starts arguing with me instead. I would appreciate a response from Taco Bell about this issue as they’re serving cold food which could make people ill! Didn’t get a single apologie just dirty looks. Will never return.
It's took 15 minutes for 1 burrito and 1 hard shell taco. I was the only person in there. The girl doing the cooking was so slow and did everything in slow motion. She kept disappearing but coming back with nothing. I assume she was on her phone. The food was horrendous. Barely filled and cold. Will never be going back to this Taco Bell. Badly managed.
Despite the reviews, I decided to give it a chance but I should’ve listened. The quesadilla and taco were super flat with nearly no filling. The nachos were so salty and bitter that they were not edible. Same for the cinnamon swirls, which has no cinnamon in it and extremely poisonously bitter. If I could, I’d have given 0 stars. And this will remain my first and last visit.
Food good service fast 2pm. Could not see napkins or a Fork. Disabled woman could not get in the door.
