   I've visited many Pizza Express locations and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, this particular branch fell short. We arrived on a quiet Sunday afternoon to find the restaurant nearly empty, yet were turned away by a male staff member with blonde top hair, stating they were only accepting reservations. We complied, made a booking, and returned shortly after only to be met with clear displeasure from the same staff member. His attitude remained unwelcoming while taking our order, which set a negative tone for the meal. In contrast, the two female staff members working at the time were warm and lovely, which we appreciated. Sadly, the food didn’t make up for the service. The pizzas were below the standard we've come to expect from Pizza Express - lacking the quality and flavour of other branches we've enjoyed. A disappointing visit overall.

   Lovely place made affordable with tiered rewards. The staff are attentive, knowledgable and genuinely friendly. The food is always good and service second to none. We visit when we can for pizza over other restaurants.

   We ordered through Uber Eats, one pizza was ok and the other looked ok superficially but the base was incinerated. It was obvious this was inedible and I am not sure why it was served.

   Not sure what we were expecting from a Pizza Express but this wasn't it! Clean restaurant, incredibly friendly service from every employee we met, and excellent pizza. Our waiter Dylan went above and beyond and helped make the experience magical for my young son.

   What an understated place! We have had multiple great visits here. Not one bad. Food is delicious, staff are friendly and welcoming. Food was serviced quickly and had a lovely atmosphere to it for a chilled evening bite to eat. Will be back for sure.

   A wonderful evening spend with the family tonight at Pizza Express. We were served by Nat who was an absolute joy and took really good care of us. She answered all of our questions and recommended a lush pizza with mushrooms which I adored. And the desserts were the best part of the night!! Will definitely be returning with the family soon.

   Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Excellent waiting staff and such efficiency. The drinks were great and our pizzas divine. The waitress explained what was in certain choices and was so helpful and friendly it made the whole dining experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend.
