Danni was a brilliant waitress who made my 2 year old feel very involved. The food was tasty but the meatballs were slightly undercooked and so my daughter didn’t eat them. The ravioli and chicken milionaise was delicious

Prezzo in Alborough is a really pleasant place. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and professional. Nice coffee and mocktail. We had vegan food and the lady who served us was very helpful with choosing the right choice. Recommended for vegans.

I am Coeliac and my wife is an excellent cook and I'm happy to clean the kitchen and make drinks, so why should we go to Prezzo in Aldeburgh. Simply, beacuse they are the BEST restaurant in Aldeburgh for catering for Coeliacs. For a Coeliac it is the best when you can go to a restaurant and not feel the odd one out - the misfit in the party. Yesterday, went to Prezzo, and it was a great reminder of how good they are. they were very friendly and the food was tasty and excellent, and most of all, it was wonderful to have gluten-free Itlaian food. I would strongly recommend Prezo Italian Restaurant, Aldeburgh. In the winter you might be the only people in the restaurant - which is no bad thing in today's modern rude and dog filled restaurants. We have decided to make Prezzo a regular place to eat. My advice, it give it a try and return and support them. Thanks you Prezzo. Gary & Kay

Went here for a birthday meal and can confidently say that this is a super venue for a get together. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. The staff were efficient and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. My only criticism would be that the cocktail I had (peach Bellini) was quite small - tasted wonderful though! All in all a lovely evening in a lovely setting.

This is such a nice restaurant. You’re always greeted with friendly staff and the food is absolutely delicious!! The gluten free options are very good and the staff are very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. We love Prezzo at Aldeburgh more than our local Prezzo. I hope the chef never leaves!!

Disappointing. Normally Prezzo will give you a baseline of good Italian food, well priced and great service. We pre booked but had to wait 10 mins at the entrance to be seen and seated. It was quickly evident that they were really understaffed on our visit. Drinks arrived after the food, Calzone wasn’t cooked properly and food didn’t get cleared before the bill was presented. You could see the team working hard to cater for a busy night but that said our experience was poor.

Very friendly service and tasty food. I feel the food was slightly better this time than previous visit. It's a chain, you know what you're getting and delivers based on those expectations.

Took the girlfriend out for her birthday meal and neither of us had been to Prezzo in Aldeburgh before yesterday. We both enjoyed a lovely meal and drinks together in a cozy atmosphere. The service was good. We will be back for further meals whenever we are in Aldeburgh.

Quite for a Sunday lunch. Service was good. Food was good. I had a burger found it a bit dry but aside from that, still good.

Normally have a lovely time at this prezzos (family friendly) but this time the food was mediocre and service was just absolutely dreadful. Absolutely no interest paid to our table what so ever. We arrived at 6.15 our booking time as we have a 2 Yr old so wanted a quick in, eat and out. This didn't happen. We tried ordering first which arrived in OK time but then the staff didn't even do table checks which was definitely needed as my ravioli was under cooked and I attempted to get attention of anyone which didn't happen as they were running around like headless chickens in a not that busy restaurant. Eventually our table was cleared without even a glance or to ask if everything was OK and no offer of a dessert menu. Eventually someone gave us one and after 10 minutes of sitting someone took our order and then someone else tried to take it for a second time... no communication happening at all.. The 2 puddings we ordered then took another half an hour to arrive which has obviously been sitting on the pass under a hot lamp as the ice-cream was melted and filmed... By the time we left it was gone 8pm and with a 2 year old than is less than desirable. To top it off it cost £70 for 2 meals and a kids meal. Overpriced? I think so. Disappointed is an understatement we won't be returning.
