   What can I say about my experience only 7 hours ago, well I thought I would call in on the way home rather than get a takeaway, well I'm not sure how to put this without getting annoyed, I entered the resteraunt sorry I mean crèche to be met by someone who really didn't want to serve me I asked for a menu and while studying it I asked a couple of questions I was met by very rudeness in other words hurry up, anyway forget about that I ordered by takeaway and sat down, I waited and waited and there was no noise from the kitchen you could be excused by thinking maybe they were doing delivery takeaways but no not one thing went out the door, after about 40 minutes I seen one of my hosts go into the kitchen and within seconds I could hear the clunking of kitchen utensils and the wok, about 10 minutes later my host walked up to me and handed me my takeaway no apology it just felt like I was privileged to be there, I accepted my takeaway and said thank you very much and thank you for the courteous service and I will be sure to convey to everyone else how kind you have been to me, I am sorry but what an absolute disgrace go there at your peril there are plenty of other Chinese takeaways in the town, but they will never see me spending my hard earned money I there again. Ps this is the first time I have ever given a review like this before and I hope it will be l the last, buyer beware

   After an hour I rang back , they said sorry it would be another 10 minutes it arrived in 15 minutes the chips were soggy the spicy ribs were bland and half were just bones no meat sweet and sour sauce was very chemical and the chicken balls we’re pappy and batter soft although the portions were large it was hunt the chicken in the chow mein no I will never order from them again very very disappointed

   Absolutely awful service. Ordered 2 hours ago. Was told it would be 45 mins, then 20 mins, then told that it was still being cooked, then told it was out for delivery and then again changed to hasn’t even been cooked yet. Absolutely ridiculous.

   Cold when we walked in. Sat next to radiator and it was turned on. So soon warm. No liquor licence yet and a £5 corkage charge on wine. Made do with soft drinks. Food was excellent set menu for 4 between 5 was great value for money and plenty of food. Very nearly did not review as they insisted on adding a 10% service charge which is labelled on the receipt as cash discount! No sign of service charge on menu either.

   First things first, the food here is good, however lots of gripes that would stop me returning, amongst them; No alcohol licence so no beer with dinner. No dress code for staff, so looks unprofessional. No atmosphere in the restaurant & also cold. I hope they can rectify these & return this restaurant to its former glory.
