I am a regular customer and I have never had a bad meal from these guys. The food is always fresh and delicious. The best kebab house around.

We are regular customers and last order was the most I’ve ever paid for the same take out. Shot the prices up in last few days. Unfortunately, won’t be ordering for a good while due to high prices! Thought it was high end before, now it’s way too high! Shame that the prices aren’t consistent via their main site and different food apps!! Same products are cheaper on one and £2 more on another app! Doesn’t make sense. Used to be our favourite take out as well. So disappointed ☹️
This place used to be one of the best in Stoke but has gone downhill fast. The chips were appalling and had a funny taste, as if the oil was in desperate need of changing, making them completely inedible. The chicken breast was a weird dark grey colour that looked like it had been r-heated about 6 times. Wouldn't give this food to a stray dog. Never again!

Missed items of my order which I had paid for by card already. When I rang back to say these items were missing they said they would send somebody out with the missing items but nobody turned up. So I won't be using them again anymore.
****AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** Where to start...... As of today I am no longer a regular customer. The last 3-4 times I have ordered I have had to call to find out where my order is and then tonight it was over 1.5 hours wait and when the food arrived well the packaging was soaked through with grease. The donner meat was like leather both in look and texture the food was not warm in the least. When I called I was told 2 minutes wasn't even asked who I was after another 20 minutes I called again i was again told 2 minutes when I question the fact it had already been 1.5hours I was again told 2 minutes so it appears to be acceptable by the staff that this is happening. If I could I'd give zero stars and will definitely not be ordering again.
