   Had a large breakfast and it was ok and good value for money served by a nice lady with a smile and friendliness. Marked down because as much as it was nice I have had far better breakfast in terms of taste and look and the cafe itself is well dated and could do with a revamp. Definitely worth a try but don't expect to be wowed.

   Eating at Cafe Continental in Swansea is like traveling back in time. So typically 1980s it makes your cringe with delightful glee. This cooked breakfast fixed one hell of a hangover and I am unsure what was in them, but those sausages! Phenomenal. They were so beautifully spiced, not what you would expect on a regular fry up, but I was so happy they made an appearance. The restaurant has the loveliest lady running it who could not do enough for us. Breakfast sold all day, perfect for when you cannot physically crawl out of bed until at least noon!!

   Great mega breakfast and I love my lamb shank! Lamb was falling off the bone and can choose mash chips or rice. Ordered it for brunch before 11am! Hazel nut latte was decadent. Also, great prices! For 4 of us, it came under £29. Service was superb too, there were 3 waitresses working.
