Food was contaminated! And also late! To top it off very poor customer service! Korma was hotter then the jalfrezi, I was unaware of this before giving it to my 4 year old child! Poor little lad is in extreme pain. Called to request replacement korma, only to receive it late. Two different people on the phone neither could understand me and nor I them. Poor excuses for food being late twice. NO APOLOGY AT ALL FROM THEM. To finish it all off the replacement korma as the same again far too spicy. Korma is not suppose to be hot it's described on their menu as mild and creamy. IT WAS NOT! contacted JustEat who couldn't be more helpful but, they couldn't return the money as they had the same communication issue with the staff and they couldn't pass their own security verification. JustEat did give me a voucher but the restaurant still no refund, compensation or apology. This place needs looking into majorly by someone with some authority! POOR! POOR! POOR!

Took about an hour and a half to arrive and was missing onion bhaji and when I rang the resturant he said he wouldn’t be able to deliver them because they were so busy and couldn’t give me a refund. The food was COVERED in oil and was salty and not very nice but we had waited so long to eat we just wanted our food. Terrible customer service don’t order from here

I don't even want to give this place a star. ... shocking service. Nearly 2 hours and still no food, when i called to chase food i just kept getting lame excuses. Wouldn't recommend!!

Awful experience and incompetent staff. Two hour wait for food to be delivered with so many excuses. They were so incompetent they couldn't add up the cost properly when taking payment by card over the phone and showed up 2 hours late asking for the extra money at the door. Got the order all wrong. Asked for lamb dishes and they delivered ALL chicken dishes despite having charged me for lamb. Don't bother ordering from this place.

This is an awful place to eat from after getting our order wrong 3times we gave up ringing up as they were reluctant to send correct food.sent the wrong curry anyway we ate it left half of it as didnt taste very nice and now two days later im off work for a week with gastroenteritis caused by food poisoning i am pretty sure it's from the food i ate from here
