   Jeremy and the wonderful staff hosted my Sister-in-laws wedding and it was a perfect day! They were absolutely brilliant and were so nice. I enjoyed their food and the buffet they provided for it.    was welcomed by a very friendly man behind the bar who was quick to serve us. we ordered a meat & cheese board and it came out looking spectacular! very impressed with the pub, staff and food and will be returning.

   First time trying food here for lunch - it was so good!! Had the tuna/ cheese melt panini and thick chips and my husband had the vegetarian pizza - both were really good! Lots of tuna in the melt and the chips were smothered in cheese! Would definitely recommend!!!

   Really good food. The staff were excellent. Down side, only low alcohol beer was the 00 lager which has 00 taste. There are some really good ones available from other breweries. It won't stop me going back though.

   Lovely meal at a very competitive price. Pleasant accommodating staff for our table of eleven guests. I only wish I had room for one of the puddings after my dinner! Smallish carpark, but plenty of parking spaces on the wide road outside. I am looking forward to visiting again very soon.

   Lovely, lovely food, and a very friendly welcome. The restaurant wasn't busy when we went in, but I'm surprised it wasn't, as we enjoyed our evening there. The only thing was the draught coming in the window. We should have moved! Lol. Parking's a bit tight around the back, but it's all juggle-able, if that's a word! The outside area will be great in the summer

   The building is clean and well maintained- lots of age and character, wooden beams etc. Charming , small outside area, thoughtfully arranged. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food was good and was artistically served, however, it could have been hotter. Parking could be a problem as there are only a handful of spaces on site.
