   Staff are overly "helpful" to the point they annoy you - the reason why they are overly "helpful" is because they try to get you to buy more drinks, and REALLY ask the question when the "leave tip" appears on the card reader making you feel awkward!! All the food is bland and tastes the same! The guy was so proud saying his dad cooked it... well his dad clearly cant cook, not something to be proud of! The peshawari naan just tasted plain with hardly any peshawari in it! Honestly to the point when the waiter was serving he was not sure which was peshawari naan so .... he had a plain and a peshawari in his hand ... he then smelt both naans to work out which was which, I was so annoyed his nose was right over the naan ... dry bogeys could have fallen from his nose onto the naan... and he was confident he got the right one ... and guess what HE WAS WRONG!!! I complained they made more and was reassured his dad would makd it and .... it was exactly the same over all I'll never ever go back there AGAIN!!! Oh and good took AGES to come out and was not even busy

   This is the best Indian restaurant in Milton Keynes The Food Is consistently good, & so authentic the staff are so polite & helpful & they make everything from scratch so it’s super fresh & tasty everytime!, they will tweak anything on the menu to your specific taste! Honestly it’s so delicious literally no where beats this Indian cuisine Maya of Olney, Indian Bar and Restaurant perfect everytime in a relaxed setting perfect food everytime. Dishes are amazing & bread to die for. Don’t go anywhere else you won’t get better fresher & delicious anywhere in Milton Keynes. It’s the best food with the nicest welcoming staff who really make your night special!

   I have to say overall we had a pretty good evening meal and experience at Maya. So the food was very tasty and looks like it had been well made, there was one small point though. We ordered vegetable samosas and got beef not once but twice so that was a bit frustrating. The waiters were however very friendly and energetic which made up for it. The prices were I think well thought out and did match the food in front of us. Overall it’s a nice place and would recommend for a evening meal.
