   Lovely family afternoon at Prezzo for lunch. Everyone really enjoyed their food and Filip was an excellent waiter. Very friendly and helpful when we requested a change in cutlery, more napkins, and some glasses of water. Nothing was too much trouble, we were very well looked after during our visit. We probably waited a bit longer than usual for the food but appreciate that the restaurant was very busy so near to Christmas. Would definitely recommend Prezzo and look forward to visiting again soon.

   Very busy so service not as quick as normal but James was awesome, friendly and welcoming. Food was fabulous though I have to say that when I ask for extra onions on a pizza I would actually like to see more than a sprinkle the size of a teaspoon lol. But the food really was excellent. Calamari especially. Highly recommend

   I visited Prezzo this afternoon with my husband for a nice lunch , and we were served by a young lady named Faith. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Friendly, polite, and very attentive without ever being overbearing. She made us feel so welcome the moment we arrived. Faith took our order with a smile, made sure everything came out just right, and checked in at all the perfect moments. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving good service nothing felt rushed or forced. It’s so nice to see someone so young with such a professional and pleasant manner. Our food was delicious, and her warm attitude made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon and we’ll be asking to sit in her section next time!

   Great food, had lobster and crab pasta and my husband had the beef and mash, both were 10 out of 10. Followed by two delicious puddings and washed down with some wine .... lovely! The new renovations in Bury Prezzo are really good!

   Attentive service, very hot on allergies which is good to see. Pleasant atmosphere in the middle of town. Menu is heavy on spice, burgers arrived looking very well done, accompanied by great truffle fries for the price, a salad garnish would have made the dish a whole lot more impressive.

   Absolutely delightful food. Extra care is taken to separate gluten free orders from regular orders. The pizza I had was gluten free and vegan, even the pepperoni slices were vegan! I was sceptical of the pepperoni, but it was enjoyable. Starter of olives were noted gluten free, too. It was lovely to see allergen friendly kids options! Only downside was the pathetic size of my coffee (pictured) although it was very nice.
