   The attitude of staff was not good, and they got the order wrong but wanted to charge me for modifying it! How cheeky. Food was not tasty after all this

   This Subway should be studied — not for its sandwiches, but for how low standards can actually go. The bread could double as insulation, the veggies looked emotionally damaged, and the meat had the enthusiasm of a paper towel. The staff seemed allergic to eye contact and basic effort. It’s the kind of place that makes you rethink your life choices halfway through ordering. I didn’t finish my sandwich — not out of principle, but out of self-respect.

   If rock bottom decided to open a sandwich shop, this would be it. I’ve had meals from a service station that were fresher, cleaner, and far less tragic than what was served here. The moment I walked in, I should have turned straight back round — the place looked worn-out, smelt faintly of old grease and disappointment, and the tables were sticky enough to trap small insects. Still, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Enormous mistake. The sandwich that eventually arrived looked as though it had been assembled during a minor natural disaster. The bread was limp and clammy, the salad a sort of greyish green that suggested it had seen better decades, and — the pièce de résistance — a hair, right through the middle. When I pointed it out, the staff looked barely bothered. Not so much as an apology, just a lazy, “We can make you another one,” as if I’d ever risk round two. The general atmosphere behind the counter was one of utter indifference — like they’d all silently agreed to give up sometime last year. Everything about the place felt grubby and half-hearted. The tables were unclean, the floor sticky, and the air thick with the scent of neglect. You’d think someone might take pride in serving decent food, but apparently that’s far too much to ask. This isn’t just a poor excuse for a sandwich shop — it’s a warning from the universe. A reminder that sometimes, hunger simply isn’t worth it. Save your money, your time, and your stomach. Go anywhere else. This place doesn’t serve food; it serves regret, with a side of hair.

   I would give a 0 if I could. Getting worse and worse each time I gave it another chance. Portions are nearly half what they have been. Ladies working there appear to not bother about customer, always have better things to do and have more time to gossip than to work. Previously they advise if there is any better meal deal etc which would be lower price than the one without it - now you need to remind them yourself. Probably will not gonna be back as not worth the price.

   The owner is a high spirit man who can have a good laugh and is very respectful towards his customers always talking and treating his staff members with respect. always willing to work with his staff members teaching them new ways and puts them in their place. 10/10 food and great communication, I had a sandwich and nachos and they were both the perfect temperature! along with a cold Pepsi Max to wash it down. Thank you to the young lovely lady who served me, really very respectful and polite even during the rush hour. I really like the service. Thank you Subway!

   Friendly service but the bread was very dry and crumbly for some reason, possibly kept in the grill for too long. No big deal though, I'll be returning soon. Would have been 5 stars but for the bread
