   I popped into Flames on a wet Saturday night and ordered a chicken tikka shish kebab. The chap who cooked my kebab was a nice chap. He cooked the kebab to perfection. SKILLS! If you're in Alsager, it's the place to eat.

   Absolutely Delicious! I ordered from this takeaway for the first time and was seriously impressed. The food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish was cooked perfectly – you can tell they use quality ingredients and really care about what they’re serving. The portions were generous, and the prices were more than fair for what you get. Delivery was on time, and the driver was friendly and polite. Definitely my new go-to spot when I’m craving a great meal at home. Highly recommend!

   *not sure why you have replied that, i ordered from Flames Alsager* Somehow, worse?? Donner and chips was actually inedible. The Mayo didn't taste of anything and I can only describe the donner as if you left it in the side overnight then put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Dry, crispy, crunchy, chewy and tastless. Honestly I actually think it's the worst donner I've had in my life. Even the dogs turned their nose up and it went in the bin.

   Last had food from here 30 years ago was real quality then ,had a take away recently was absolute rubbish ,not edible was shocking and went straight in the bin vile ,tasteless,cheap rubbish,but not a cheap price avoid the place

   Poor customer service and not received what I paid for on the discription and although it states it comes with a salad I was ment to confirm I want this in a comment otherwise they don't bother giving it you. Lovely....... Don't advise this take away at all

   Order arrived nearly two hours after ordering. When arrived order was wrong. They suggested i waited half an hour for the correct order to be delivered, i suggested a refund on the incorrect order instead as i had waited long enough already. They agreed i could have a refund. No refund recieved.
