   I got my food after 1 hour slow service even they Didn't say sorry. Peri peri chicken they didnt put enough sauce no taste at all.

   They are absolutely shit and gave no food or money back. Customer service is horrible and they didn’t refund my food back or gave me any food back. They were blabbing about bullshit and did absolutely nothing. Just eat even said that it was delivered and I even have camera proof it wasn’t delivered here. A simple neighbourhood to deliver do. Do deliver

   Ordered chicken wings from Jackson (Wellingborough, NN8 1DW) and was shocked to find chicken hair/feathers still on the fried chicken. When I raised the issue with them, instead of apologising they threatened me and said I could take “whatever action I wanted.” Extremely poor hygiene and unprofessional customer service. I’ve kept photos as proof — would not recommend.

   Visited here today to grab some lunch, as needed something quick.and easy on my break. On arrival i went to use the toilet first and I was met with this. The smell of stale.urine hit me as I opened the door. This is not a toilet that was forgotten to be cleaned this morning. This is weeks and weeks worth of not cleaning! I felt physically sick! Goodness knows when it last had toilet roll replenished too! Safe to say this was my first visit and will not be returning. I hadn't dare buy food, as these are the areas we see! Goodness knows what the hidden parts look like! The 4 star hygiene rating must have been purchased from Amazon!

   In my opinion sams chicken is the best fast food place. Their chicken strip burgers are s tier, their chips are perfect and the mozzarella sticks are so goooooooooood.

   I really enjoy the Mexicano burger. The last one I bought 2 days ago had so much mayonnaise it was blooming tasty to the extreme. The fries with the breaded chicken fillet in was just enough to go with it. Thanks Guys!!

   First time today at Sam's chicken, well very nice food, well priced and wasn't waiting long for food, even though there was around 5 customs in front of me and service was still fast and this was at it peak time, really recommended.
