   Been going here for years and service used to be fantastic. Food quality has severely declined recently and I’ve been belittled by staff and laughed at when I phoned up to complain about an order being wrong and the staff member accused me of lying and told me the order was correct, while laughing and giggling with colleagues in the background. Not happy to say I’ll be looking to go elsewhere in future.

   We order on average 3 times a month and every single time, the order is wrong. Every time we have to ring to get our order complete or to get the dish we ordered. Tonight we were told we ordered the wrong meal. That is the last time we order as we have given the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough.

   Food was decent but Service has A LOT of room for huge improvements. We was told our order would be delivered in 40 minutes when it took over an hour, messed up our order then refused to co-operate with us to resolve the issue, telling us they are ‘busy’ and cannot send out the replacement even though it was purely the Restaurant’s fault. No Apology for the mistake was made by the Restaurant.

   Not sure what's happened this eve but absolutely awful. Twenty minutes late for delivery which I can understand for a Saturday night. Just eaten and the food is so below the usual standard. Prawn toast every bite was a teaspoon of greece in my mouth absolutely foul. King Prawn balls no where near the standard in the past... Maybe oil needs changing? Rice was tasty but so salty. Overall my left overs going into the bin this evening an expensive meal to not enjoy. Very disappointed
