   Have had a few takeaways from Grace Garden and have thoroughly enjoyed the food. Always piping hot, good portions and tasty from the soups to rice dishes and currys. Well priced too.

   Ordered via just eat and immediately after taking a bit of the pancake roll I was immediately overwhelmed with the smell of chemicals. I had to run to the bathroom and spit it out, the smell made me vomit. I have no idea what happened but some sort of chemical must have spilled into them somehow! I've never had anything like it. The whole house could smell it, and no one touched their food- I've been back and forth to the bathroom to throw up and make sure none of it is in my system You could have made me seriously unwell. Do not buy any food from here

   As a regular customer am very disappointed with the service and food we have received tonight. When the original delivery came we were missing a bottle of coke so the driver went back to get it on opening our food it turns out we had the wrong order. I called the restaurant to explain it was wrong and was told it was all correct and that the driver would give me the receipt when he came back with the drink. On arrival the wrong drink was given to us when I asked to see the receipt the driver did not have one so he called the restaurant. When I explained again the drink and food was wrong the manager argued with me insisting I was wrong despite the driver confirming that I was right when he looked at the confirmation on my phone. Asked for a full refund due to the poor service provided and the manager hung up the phone. WILL NEVER USE GRACE GARDEN AGAIN !!!

   Just finished eating our meal, so disappointed. Ordered 2 box meals 1 x sweet n sour chicken balls and 1 chicken curry both came with egg fried rice n chips Chips were hard and dry Chicken curry hardly any sauce. Chicken balls were really dark in colour and really hard to cut Really disappointed with this meal I would just like to add, I hate being negative but this was a honest review but I would like to add that I have had food from here before and it was excellent, so that made this experience more disappointing.

   Zero stars. Has gone majorly downhill!!!! Ordered a combo box which comes with chips, rice, curry, salt and pepper chicken and spring rolls and it was MISSING from the order. All that was delivered was ribs and noodles. For almost £30!! Rang up and told them and they sent the combo box out. No apology. It took a further 30 minutes to arrive and and it had clearly been in the drivers car the whole time because it was stone cold. Chips and pretty much everything else was inedible. Rang again to ask for a refund and was offered a bottle of coke. What a joke. Grace garden you need to do better. Disgraceful service.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the combination box of chicken balls, chips and rice with curry sauce. Awful. Rubbery chicken, tasteless rice, even the chips were cold. I won't be heading back . If you want to throw money away head to this place!

   If I could give no stars then I would!! Had an order and some items were missing , the owner/ man on the phone was extremely rude and shouting down the phone , I asked for refund and he refused saying he will put the items in next time I order (which I won't be) , went into the place and demanded the items and again he was extremely rude he needs to work on his customer service skills as it was appalling!! he told me to get out and then he walked out into the kitchen the lady who eventually served the items was apologetic and it wasn't even her fault , he was disgusting and needs to learn manners , definitely won't be using them again which is a shame as they did really nice food , if that man didn't work there then I'd considerate in the future , a disgusting type if man he is !!!!
