AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered through Uber eats, there were items missing and the food was burnt. I called up and they said “no one else complained so why are you complaining?” It was very rude. And when I asked for a replacement or refund, they told me to email them and gave me a fake email address!!! Disgusting.
This takeaway doesn't deserve even a star. We waited an hour and a half for the food, and when I phoned them the first time chasing my food they said it was with the driver and on its way. I phoned them 15 minutes later as the food still hadn't arrived and they are only 2 miles down the road. They said they would call me back and when I asked them to confirm my telephone number they hung up. I tried several times later to ring them with no answer. Luckily we ordered through Deliveroo so should get a refund. What makes it worse is we are on holiday in Swansea, and this is our first night here so we have not had a great experience so far.
Food was ordered at 7pm arrived past 11pm. Called to ask where food was and said it was on the way when it wasn't. Expensive and very poor quality food. Not sure why they are "award winning" wouldn't order from them again.
Worst Chinese I’ve ever had the food was disgusting cold took ages to come ordered via Uber eats and didn’t come at time it said and couldn’t ring the place to find out very frustrating would never order here again food is terrible
Ordered via Uber Eats at 8pm and food was not delivered until 10:30pm and did not answer the telephone during the intervening period. If you are struggling to deliver or are understaffed then simply stop taking orders instead of disappointing customers. Plenty of other choices in Swansea so won’t be using this outfit again.
Ordered at 9:30 pm, it’s 11pm and still not arrived. Lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful and told me it was my problem. The food ends up coming at 11, absolutely bland, not for the stuff I ordered and extremely late. Only go here if you want to be depressed For the rest of your life. (Not joking)
We ordered our food on a Friday evening and it was for a collection. This is my 2nd order with these guys. They were busy with plenty of orders but our food was packed and ready for collection on time. For was fresh hot and tasted delicious. I would definitely visit again.
We ordered at 4pm for delivery at 6pm - we still received our food 30 mins late. The prawn crackers were stale. The chicken was slimy. The portions are large and the sauces pretty flavourful. Not the worst Chinese I’ve ever had but I wouldn’t go back there. It’s quite expensive for what is a pretty mediocre meal.
It is unfortunate that I had to leave even one star on this review! It was the worst Chinese I have ever had. the pork dumplings were burnt, the chip were cold and the noodles were greasy. It took two hours for it to be delivered despite them claiming it would be fourty minutes. After an hour we phoned them and they said the delivery driver was leaving now. despite this it took a further hour for it be delivered. We spoke to the manager to tell them we would only accept the order at half price and yet they failed to inform the delivery driver. We then had to wait for him to confirm this with the manager. at which point he was hostile and very rude. over all it was an awful experience and I can truly say that I will never order from here again.Furthermore we did not receive our prawn crackers or our pancakes that were supposed to be free with our order. Top tip buy from wonderful instead.
