   Went there with my family hoping that I’d get to eat authentic Nepali food but was really disappointed. We ordered 2thali set and steam momo and jhool momo, sekuwa sadly all the dishes was very bland on thali set vegetables were bland and not fresh, meat was overcooked and very bland. Momo flavour was bland and momo sauce too. Very gutted really coz it’s not just food, you’re representing authentic Nepali test in this dishes so sadly i won’t be going back there. I can cook better at home, why would I go somewhere to eat this kind of food. If by any chance in the future this restaurant decides to use fresh ingredients and make an effort to cook food with lot of flavours like back home in Nepal then i might give it a go other than that nope.

   We have been meaning to try Mk Everest for a while as we both love Nepalese food. We travelled from Leighton Buzzard to Wolverton and it was totally worth it. Lots of ‘Nepalese’ restaurants we find actually just have an extended Indian menu, rather than featuring authentic dishes. Thankfully this was the real deal, with momos and noodles for days! Everything we chose was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous, but good value. It was quiet for a Friday so I’m hoping they had lots of takeaway/delivery orders as really hope a gem like this is being supported. For those of you who haven’t tried Nepalese food, it’s a must do. Kind of like a Chinese/Indian fusion if I had to describe it?! We love Gurkha Streetfood, with unique tastes curries, noodles and momos too, so much so we had them at our wedding last year!

   Highly recommend. We had dinner here this evening. The service was excellent and swift. The staff were nothing but excellent and mannerly. The food was some of the best Nepalese I’ve had in a long time. Truly delicious and authentic.

   Had a great time at MK Everest. The food is delicious and the hosts are attentive and kind. The decor itself might come off as a bit bare when the place is empty but as someone who saw the place filled with over 30 of our friends I can confidently say the atmosphere lends itself perfectly to big groups. Overall I highly recommend checking out this place!
