   Family run, and the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and sweet to our dog. Dog friendly when asked. The food is delicious and well made. Not a long wait, and the service is quick. Value for size is amazing, and sometimes we're having to take some home. It's a small place so it does fill up quickly and it can be hard to find a table so best go early. My favourite is the grilled fish. Great value, and it's the closest I can get to that nostalgic feeling I had in Thailand.

   The food here is so good and the service is amazing. The lady and her child are the sweetest people ever. Me and my husband (and our dog) love to eat here. I really don’t know the reason for the low reviews, as we literally have always the best food experience coming this way.

   In fact, I don't even want to give one star for the following reasons: 1. The attitude of the owner and the staff is extremely poor. They are unwilling to communicate with us, rarely saying more than four words at a time. 2. This shop does not accept card payments, and there was no prior notice about this. We were only informed about it when we were paying the bill. They were even unwilling to tell us where the nearest ATM was. 3. They hinted that we should use WeChat Pay and charged us a rate much higher than the current exchange rate, forcing us to pay without any explanation.

   As a Chinese, hands down this is the most authentic and delicious Chinese restaurant in Swansea. My bf who’s born and raised Welsh loves this place as well. The owner is very friendly despite they don’t speak English very well they’ll try their best to help you. If you forgot to bring cash there’s a FREE cash machine right outside. Couldn’t recommend more. Don’t know where all the bad reviews come from, it’s really unfair for them. I go this place at least once a week and never experienced the so called “poor hygiene” and “bad service”problem.

   The food there was pretty nice, the staff are helpful as well. The only downside is that they only accept cash and the cash withdraw machine next to the shop will charge money. Also the signal in the shop are bad. In case you are a person who cannot live without a phone then be warn. However, I think the staff are nice enough to share their own wifi if you ask.
