   I attended Brampton Halt on Sunday 30th November with 15 other guests in our party and we all had the two course Christmas Fayre menu priced at £31. The food was meagre, bland and the vegetables insipid, the potatoes and stuffing were dry, and the turkey was over cooked. It certainly isn’t worth the visit and having the Christmas fayre menu. It’s a lot for what you actually get (portion size is poor) and the quality is shocking. Unfortunately I will never return and have the “set menus”.

   Very polite and friendly staff. We had Sunday lunch with a couple of sides, worth the money. No room for pudding!! Service was overall ok but did take a while for our 3 drinks to arrive. We drank a whole bottle of water before they arrived and then 1 had to be corrected albeit promptly. Would visit again as food very good.

   We held our employee awards evening (the PAFTAs) at this venue and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was perfect for what we needed, the atmosphere was spot on, and the whole night ran seamlessly from start to finish. A huge shout-out to Daniella, our events manager, who was outstanding throughout. She went above and beyond on every level, and made sure everything ran flawlessly on the night. The food was served right on time, the team were incredibly professional, and no detail was ever too much trouble. Our event was a huge success, and that’s in large part thanks to the care and support from Daniella and the entire venue team. We’d 100% recommend this venue for any corporate event or awards evening.

   We went for our 1st year wedding anniversary as we had our reception here last year. As always the service was outstanding the atmosphere is so warm and inviting and the food was absolutely lovely. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will see you again soon

   A beautiful pub inside and around its surroundings outside. It was cosy, clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly but are let down by the slow service despite it not being too busy. The food was of high quality and reasonably priced. I would visit again.

   Had a Beautiful Fish and chips with a lovely Hot chocolate and cream and marshmallows. Then went for a lovely walk . Recommend this definitely.. My Cara ( dog ) got free water and Biscuits

   Great venue to visit. Not amazing food. But "good" food. A little pricey, but service was good, food was good. Beers where expensive, 5.65 a moretti. A double burger at £18 was excessive pricing. Almost profiteering. There are alot better out there. A good example being I can pay 18 here or see the UK contenders for best burger (or food fit) and pay half the price. Possibly a captive market, but it doesn't sit comfortably. I understand the business needs to make a profit but there is a line to consumers where it becomes commercial suicide as nobody will want to "upgrade" due to the profiteering.

   Came here as was staying next door at Sedgebrook Hall. It was a Friday night and so so busy but it didn’t put us off! The manager gave us free drinks due to having to wait longer for our booked table to become available! Good customer service! :D The food was absolutely amazing!! Delicious, Tasty, full of flavour. Was very good. Nothing was too much for these guys. If in the area will definitely be coming again! Thank you :)

   We came here as we were staying next door @ Sedgebrook hall, the pub was amazing! Outside is stunning, loads of seating area. Inside is very clean and well decorated. Felt like we had come to a top restaurant. Service was amazing. Staff very helpful and jolly. We had king prawns for starters which were amazing. The flavours were spot on. Main course I had pork belly, which just melted in my mouth. Once again full of flavour. My partner had mushroom linguine which was also very tasty. I also had a couple of cocktails which were very nice! All in all an amazing place to go for a bite to eat. Price was very reasonable for the standard of the food. Would highly recommend. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
