I don't know how they managed to overcook the batter yet undercook the 'cod', but they succeeded. Gross. I'm feeling decidedly queasy this morning. It wasn’t good and not made very well I could tell it was just frozen food being heated up. Even worse me and my dad after eating it was so ill within an hour. 2 days later were still unwell. Dont recommend
Excellent food always order from here last week ordered from another place as here was shut and I wished I'd of saved my money the food wasn't as nice plus you didn't get the choice of salad with doner meat and chips or sauce on it not like here
I’ve been coming to this takeaway for quite a few years now, it used to be one of our favourite takeaways. The food was really good for so long but over the past year it’s started to go down hill. The chicken is a heavy hit and miss, it can be amazing or it can be so dry you’d need a drink with every bite. The chips can be heavily overcooked, always crispy and flat. We usually get our takeaways on other days so we didn’t actually know this takeaway is closed on Mondays. This is important because currently on their new website it states it is actually open on Mondays which i hope will be changed within the near future to stop others from making the same mistake i did. The website should not allow orders to be placed and payed for on days you’re not open! I ordered from this takeaway on Monday this week and it got rejected, i then expected a refund for this, it hasn’t happened as of yet. The following day the takeaway phoned us and explained they’d issue a refund for this incident and it would be resolved (the refund hasn’t happened). I phone the day after this to ask when the refund should land in my account and i explain that i haven’t gotten it. The manager on the phone then rudely says to me that when he phoned on Tuesday my partner stated he received the money, this didn’t happen and i know this for a fact as i was listening to the phone call, the manager doesn’t know this, my partner simply thanked him for starting the refunding process. I go on to ask if they’d have any idea when it would reach my account but they constantly repeat many times we confirmed we had the refund even though this never happened. The manager was quite rude and i think many issues are due to the language barrier as he clearly didn’t understand the fact that i can physically see the money isn’t in my account. All in all i don’t think i will be going to this takeaway as it has 0/10 customer service and hit and miss food. I recommend hotspot takeaway, same menu, better quality and better customer service.
Food is absolutely amazing! Deffo the best in Winsford. Chickens always fresh kebabs always juicy and workers r always friendly!!
Best kebab in the area clean had chicken kebab and pizza was good lovely salad and sauce
Generally alright food but today they got my order wrong so I called up to see what could be done and was met with resistance telling me I'm wrong and they can't do anything about it because they charged me for this specific item already so I said I'm not going to argue thankyou and goodbye terrible phone etiquette and customer service
After recently moving to winsford and trying almost all the local takeaways we was about to give up and move back to Manchester!!!!! Until we tried the Grange, omg this beats the rest by a country mile, the chips are to die for, I don't know how they do it but they leave you wanting more and more, food is always hot and fresh, served with lots of fresh salad, their cheese burgers are the best we have ever tried. Also speedy delivery every single time and friendly drivers. We are now regular customers once a week and wouldn't try anywhere else. This takeaway deserves 5 stars in our eye's are now
Didn't even no until husband said its been there 3years it was really nice fish was nice but didn't taste like cod but cooked perfect chips nice didnt notice a coating of what ? husbands Donna kaba was on a bun but he said best he's had wants another food very fresh and salad better than anywhere else defiantly going again
I try not to leave bad reviews but tried here tonight and got a mega tower burger meal and wings, the wings were grease bombs, the chips seemed like they had been re fried over and over, i literally had 2 bites of the burger and fed it to the dog, now he wont stop being flatulant. Never again poor food and overpriced.
