   I really like this shop and have bought quite a few really cute gifts from here. I did check online today though before going there and it said closing was 6pm but when I arrived at 5.30 it was closed. So maybe this needs updating. It is a nice shop though and I would recommend checking it out.

   I am quite happy with Pretty Vacants customer service. I had a small issue with one of their garments. These things happen and it is not so much about that it happened but how it was handled and this was just excellent. I do not like complaining and I just wanted to explain it and be heard, and for the issue to be taken seriously so they might take the information along for future collections. I received an email back very quickly that same day addressing the issue and even providing a solution where I had not thought that to be possible. So wonderful and kind
