Phoned store , Spoke to the manager Kirk as I was searching for a gift for my daughter who wanted a pecific jacket ,he got one delivered to the store and I collect , excellent service happy staff in store highly recommended, definitely shop there again

This branch has the rudest, most stuck up staff & management. They’re highly incompetent, slow & literally just make stuff up so they don’t have to do their jobs. Refused to do returns because apparently if you’re returning items for someone else you’re committing fraud. Wasn’t cash, didn’t even require the card. There is no way it could benefit the person helping at all. Stare at you like you’re filth that shouldn’t be allowed in the shop. Try to return a faulty item, worn once and never washed and developed holes only to be told it’s last year’s and I can’t return it. Was ordered on Halloween and today is 5th December.
Appalling customer service. Unfortunately I had to complain about a faulty item and was accused of being a liar - which was lovely! Such a shame as I used to like their homeware.
This branch deliberately hires the most incompetent management they can find for reasons i do not know. If you are a manager here there's a good chance you would be better suited working on a farm alongside other donkeys.
14th of April my partner was informed a close family member had passed away and so we needed to go funeral clothing shopping asap. We arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing (which we realised was less than ideal but it was as soon as we had gotten the call we went and came to this store first as it closed about an hour or 2 earlier than the rest of the stores in the area) and hoped he could try on a single pair of trousers quickly. We were turned away from the fitting rooms (with 10 minutes still left before their closing time) and when we politely explained the situation and that he only needed 5 minutes to try on the trousers the worker very rudely said she'd been there since 9am and wanted to go home so she wouldn't be letting him into the fitting room. I was honestly shocked at the lack of empathy and how rude her statement was, both my partner and I had been at work that day (him since 8:30am and me at 9am) and had hurried to the shops as soon as we got the call. She seemed smug as if expecting our situation would force us to just buy the item without trying it but we were too disgusted. We haven't gone to the store since as that experience left a very sour taste in our mouth. She seemed to be in a managerial role (or at the very least acted like it) which leaves me even more disappointed and I would leave 0 stars if I could due to the stress it caused my partner.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. I would like to see them always. Don’t close!
