Would give zero stars if I could. Never been spoken to so rudely by staff. Refused to serve us and told us that if we wanted the items, we had to use the self service checkouts. There were a group of students who didn’t speak English who were struggling with using the checkouts and the staff were on the other side of shop, having a chat. Really disappointed.

I returned two pairs of trousers yesterday that I’d bought online. I was told it was completed and left the shop. After half an hour I checked my bank and I’d o lt been refunded for one pair. I returned to the shop where I was told by the assistant that she had done everything right, I showed her the money that had gone back into my account she had no explanation. U asked for a pair of trousers back, she refused to give them to me. I had to go for a train, she gave me no receipt, I left my phone number and she later called to tell me it was my problem and I had to contact customer services on WhatsApp. She even called me ‘lovely’ like we were having a nice casual interaction. Of all the appalling ‘customer service’ experiences!!!! I’m staggered. P&B are a nightmare, there’s so many clothes shops out there, just AVOID, unless you want to give your money away. I’ve since spent over two hours talking with some chatbot and getting no where, of course I have. What a scam

They don't want to serve you. You are expected to use self service machines. If they do serve you it has to be cash. There is not much that I would buy it's bland and basic like other fashion shops. 1970 pensioner colours that my dad would wear.

I was in the queue for the changing room at 17:42 and the staff literally threw me out of the store because they wanted to close. They were very rude and Extremely unprofessional. The store was in complete chaos !! disorganized, unhelpful and clearly lacking proper management. Definitely not recommended.

i’ve been in this shop around 50 times and every single time i have a bad experience. every single worker there is rude, lazy and completely lack the ability to talk NORMALLY with customers. they ignore people who need help and never say hello/thank you. they can’t even SMILE. if you seriously hate your job so much please go work somewhere where you don’t need to communicate with humans :)

Horrible experience at Pull and Bear Brighton today. Usually love coming in. Was waiting to go into the changing rooms when Anna (girl who was working) who I don’t really know, starts having a go at me over a personal issue, was totally shocked and humiliated. When entering a changing room it should be a comfortable experience, not a place to be had a go at by people working there. Felt so uncomfortable, put my clothes on which I wanted to be able to show my friend but felt to awkward to even do that. Considering as she was on shift, this is a complete lack of professionalism. Not coming back.

I appear to be having the same experience as most previous reviews. All I get is "We are reviewing you case". and unable to cancel my order for a refund!! What a way to run a business. Another manana!!

Terrible company who expect their customers to account for the companies own mistaken deliveries by refusing to provide a courier and expecting customers to dispatch and process the shipping themselves. They then have selective choosing over their own policies and disclosed my account information to my partner (unlawfully). A company which has no respect for the Consumer Rights Act or Data Protection Act. Shambles of a company with no respect or concern for their customers.

I love this company but unfortunately the Brighton branch is not that special. Not a large store with limited stock. Considering they have a really good sale showing online I had my mind set on some items, unfortunately they did not have any of the items I wanted. I did come away with a belt though.

Horrible experience today. Wanted to purchase some mom jeans and get my confidence back after having a baby 5 months ago. So was happily looking for my size when a lady approached and told me to stop looking for my size as she had just tidied this section up. (Considering I wasn’t making a mess, I was carefully searching) I was then told I couldn’t try the jeans on as they were “understaffed” and made it clear it was only her and one other person on the shop floor. Myself and my friend decided to go upstairs and have a browse and was shocked to see 4-5 other colleagues. I also had my baby and the buggy so as you can imagine not the easiest of scenarios. - so I had to purchase the jeans, go to the local toilet and try them on. Unfortunately they did not fit and had to return them. All of which could of easily been done in the shop without having to do two separate transactions.
